Not worth the money. Brand new safe and it will not open.

Most times you have to enter the combination multiple times to get the safe to open

Very easy to program your own code and I like how you can have various codes to be able to open the safe.

I purchased almost the same one in CT and loved it. I moved and bought another. Easy to access my things when I want.

NO LONGER WORKS!! I had this safe for ONE year and the batteries keep draining. Safe is GARBAGE!! Spend your $$$$ on a safe that will last longer than a year!!! The batteries last about a day. Emailed customer service and didn't get a response. I will make sure to find every website I can to write a NEGATIVE review until customer service responds!!!

Great for my needs, to secure important papers and other valuables.

I love this safe. Picked one up in a yard sale about 15 years ago. As it was once stored in storage, it developed some rust. I went to open it the other day and the door fell off. The handle on that safe was hard to move. With all our problems with it it lasted us good so we bought another one.

I needed an additional safe. The size, simplicity of operation, and cost of this safe was a perfect fit for me. The customer service (Gladys) was amazing and so helpful when I had an issue.

I love the ease of using this, but I just moved it from my bedroom closet and saw the back of it rusting and peeling. I can see bubbling along the seam, which means rust. When I first received it about 10 years ago, I noticed that it was wet inside. I think that was due to the manufacturing process.

This is a very good safe with easy instructions, small enough to fit in a closet, large enough to hold all important documents and some valuables, fire and waterproof

Size is nice. Looks like can hold upright Manila folders . Feels like quality. Not a big deal but not water proof, no alternate access except for combination and no mounting holes. Batteries on outside (good). What happens if fire and plastic combination assembly melts ??

All in All the safe is okay, I’ll rate it a 3 out of 5. Due to the fact that in a period of time the locking mechanism inside the safe tends to fail in a few months. I order mines in October and now I’m having problems where I enter the correct pin. The mechanism is not releasing which I have to enter the code about 20x for the mechanism to release. And sometime you do not hear the mechanism unlock when entering the correct code.

opened box only to find a missing battery compartment on the back of the digital keypad. The door was also locked as it appears there was no door pin holding it open. Who is doing quality assurance at the factory? I am embarrassed at how poorly this was manufactured...

Enough room to store my 4 handguns in there cases. easy to learn and a breeze to use! weighs about 50lbs empty. plan on getting lithium batteries for longer life and won't leak acid. (So I was told)

Great safe! Perfect size for what i needed. Does not take up too much space

The only thing I don't like about the safe is that when you program your own combination, you must use five digits. I like using three or four, but it won't allow anyone to do this. Some people also may like to use 10 or 15. There's no reason why they couldn't have programmed the safe to accept more or less digits.

Cool safe but the keypad and handle feel like they are not secured tightly to the door.

I was expecting three shelves it has one divider. I’m a little disappointed it’s not what it looked like on the box
