Another AWESOME product from SharkBite
This kit is PERFECT for a new faucet installation. Especially if you are not a plumber. With this kit you can connect bare "roughed in" copper pipes to you new faucet complete with shutoff valves. The chrome shutoff valves have a very nice look and finish under your new sink. When making the new install, there is no soldering required.
1) Mount the faucet to the counter
2) Slide the valves on the bare copper pipe
3) Cut the PEX pipe to the proper length
4) Slide the pipes into the SharkBite fittings and you are DONE!!!

Doesn't work
You failed to disclose on your packaging that your toilet installation kit does not work on a chromed supply line. Would have been nice to know before I cut the valve off the pipe. Your non disclosure has left me in a serious bind. I'll be sending you the plumbers bill.

We are sorry that there was lack of communication on type of pipe our product doesn't work with. We will send this information over to our packaging department and see if it's something they can look into for future production.
We have limited space on the packaging and do list the only pipes our products work with. If you do not see a particular pipe on that, we would not recommend using the item. Great Faucet Kit!
The SharkBite Faucet Installation Kit has everything you need to install your new faucet! Perfect for any size job! The SharkBite Angle Stop Valves work with copper, PEX or CPVC. It's easy to insert the pipe and the stainless steel teeth bite down and grip tight, while a specially formulated O-ring compresses to create a perfect seal. Real Fans of SharkBite Products!
We used SharkBite kits for our new laundry room, toilet and now our pedestal sink vanity. Our plumber never grumbles when we hand him a SharkBite kit to install. I keep remarking what I like best about SharkBite kits is they are such a neat clean install. No saggy hoses getting in the way. And, especially for our pedestal sink, the plumber was able to cut the pex tubing to the right length which made tucking inlet tubes behind the pedestal was quick and easy. We can't say enough about how easy these kits are to use. And we've never experienced a leak or complication in any of the SharkBite kits installed. We highly recommend.

First time user, happy.
So I was skeptical with the slip on, rotating, no leak, easy to use selling point. However, I'm pleasantly surprised. No glue, slip on, rotation, no leak, easy to use. I'm happy, made my repair job very easy.

Easy installation
Very easy to work with and to install. The best part is that the kit came with new valves which are one quarter turn and easy to operate and are less prone to leaks than the screw type. This is a good installation kit if you do not want to work with sweating copper pipes. The tubes were easy to get into position to connect the two lines to the faucet.

Great Faucet Kit
This is a great faucet installation kit. It includes two 1/2inch SharkBite shut off values, 2 five foot coils of pex tubing, and two 1/2 inch swivel faucet connectors. The SharkBite shut off values and swivel connectors make it a breeze to connect to any type of plumbing. I was connecting to 1/2 copper and these shut off values install quick and with zero leaks. Then you just measure the distance from the shutoff values to the faucet, cut the pex tubing to the correct length, insert into the SharkBite swivel connectors, tighten of the pex end then connect to the faucet and you are done. SharkBite has made it easy for the home DIY'er to complete plumbing task leak free. Well work the extra cost.

Plumbing for dummies
Simple instructions are pictured on the bag. As long as your pipe has no rough edges, just push-fit. If you do have rough edges you may need to cut your pipe square. The detailed instructions are linked here on the product page or can be found online, if needed. This package comes with everything needed for a single faucet connection, including a disconnect clip. Fittings can be changed, removed and re-used. 10 ft of PEX tube can be cut to size eliminating the ill-fitting, coiled, stainless braided water-lines. Convenient and the cost is the same or less than buying valves and water-lines separately.

Simple Pex tube replacement.
This kit is great. Plenty of hose for just about any sink installation. Exactly what I need. It is fairly easy to work with and of course you can cut the tubing to the exact desired lengths needed to complete your hot/cold water hookup. The push fit type fittings are easy and simple to work with. My only concern is will thease fiiting hold up to the extreme hard water conditions that I face here in my borough. Time will tell. But for now it was a simple install and no leaks. What more can I ask for. Thanks SharkBite and Home Depot for providing a great product .

Top of the line
SharkBIte products take away the need to call a plumber for replacing faucet valves. It cost me nearly $200 to have a plumber install two turn-off valves last year. After that, I went online and learned about SharkBite. This kit includes everything one needs to install a faucet. This is the third time I've used them, and I won't use any other brand again.

Leak Free Replacement For Under Sink
This shark bite faucet installation kit replaces getting a plumber to fix your leaks under your sink. My cold water line under the kitchen sink was weeping at the on/off shut off valve. The water lines were old and I used this kit to replace both lines. The shark bites are so easy to use and it replaces all soldering. This kit comes with a plastics tool to remove the shark bites if you still have leaks because the shark bite did not bite the pipe correctly. The directions were pretty good and took about 15 min. to install both lines. You don't need a plumber to install this faucet installation kit which saves you money.

Ridiculous fast and easy installation!
This kit makes the install of a faucet ridiculous. It comes with everything you need to hook up the faucet, and seriously, push, cut, done. The supply lines are extra long so you can actually fix it if you make a mistake. There is the shark bite release tool as well so you can take it apart.
The 1/4 turn valves are high quality and look great. They accept a variety of pipe such as copper, PEX CPVC.
I am so happy someone finally put all of these items together in one easy kit so that this job can be done quickly and efficiently.

Great product, but not needed if your faucet comes with connected supply lines
SharkBite really works well but sometimes it’s hard to know what you need to buy. If you have a faucet that has the water supply lines dangling from it, then you don’t need this kit. This kit is for faucets that just have the male threads going down through the holes in the sink. (If your faucet has supply lines that go down through the hole, then you just need “SharkBite 1/2 in. Chrome-Plated Brass Push-to-Connect x O.D. Compression Quarter-Turn Angle Stop Valve.”)

Saves time
This kit makes installing a faucet easy. It includes everything you need. You get the adapters for the faucet, the shutoff valves, and the tubing to go between. The faucet adapters even have nice "thumb" wings to make tightening them easy.
I did my install slightly different then the instructions. They say to install the tubing to the shutoff valve first, and then attach it to the faucet adapter. I found it easier to attach to the adapters first. There isn't a log of room to work there, and it is easier to insect the tubing in the adapter when the other end is free. There is a lot more room to work by the shutoff valves. I didn't cut the tubing until I was ready to connect to the shutoff valve. I was able to tell where I had to cut the tubing that way.

A Good Bite
This is the one time a bite is good!
I love working on home projects but plumbing is one of those items on the list I hate! I decided to upgrade the faucet on our sink in the laundry room. Generally an easy task EXCEPT the wall valves failed to properly shut off due to being left idle for far too many years. Rather than replacing the valves via the traditional copper pipe fitting methods, I opted to cut the pipe & install the Shark Bite valves. This took what was to be a moderately lengthy endeavor and turned it into a few minute job. I, like many others, are skeptical of the long-term reliability of these valves but I am eager to place my trust in them for the payoff of installation ease.
The valves are easy to turn and make hook-up to the new sink faucet easy.

Nice Kit to complete Jobs
I used these to replace some I already had in place that were old and looked awful. Might as well replace them when I have the opportunity before there is a problem leak when I am not home. These are simple to use and a real quick installation. Any DIY person can install these. The lines and fittings seem like a good quality, as most items are from Home Depot. Thanks for giving us products that are well made.

Great for folks who don't solder
SharkBites work great and are a must for DIYers who are not comfortable soldering. Sharkbites are also a must when you have a main water valve that doesn't shut off completely which makes soldering tough. This Sharebite installation kit is great for DIYers that want to upgrade under the sink but don't have access and/or know how to solder. They work with copper or PVC, are easy to install, and won't leak. I highly recommend SharkBItes to all my non soldering friends... and even those that do. I used my first SharkBite over six years ago and it's still working great.

Everything you need to Do The Job Right the First Time!!!
This is a complete packaged hookup kit. No more sweating pipes, and included in the kit are 1/4 turn right angle valves. Sharkbite has made faucet connections far more easier than I thought possible!
I highly recommend the product. for not only the professional but especially for someone who may not be very familiar with plumbing repairs or new installs. This kit would make you feel you can actually tackle those jobs yourself!!!

Easy to use and less trips to the store
I am a do it your self kinda guy so every time I do something around the house I end up going to the store more than once to install something and when I got a hold of this kit to change the faucet it made things much easier. I have copper pipes and i do not know how to weld and I was not going to begin and try. I also do not like to go to the store multiple times to try and guess if I need one size or another. This kit includes different sizes so it was easy to install and faster than I thought. the shutoff that comes with it only rotates about 45 degrees to cut off and open up the water and that is just awesome since the older ones either leaked or had to twist a few times. Flawless.

Easy as it gets
This kit has everything you need to install a faucet and the shark bite attachments cannot be beat. I replaced my old plumbing to a pedestal sing and had everything I needed to complete the job. Shark bites allow no need for soldering or messing with a blowtorch. And if something needs changed down the road, the shark bite fitting pop off with a simple tool for easy replacement.

Like all SharkBite products, this is a great purchase!
I have used many SharkBite products throughout the years and found them sturdy, effective, and easy to install. One of the things I have always liked about their plumbing products is that they can typically be used with CPVC, copper or PEX, which makes trying to match pipes fool proof. They also just push on the existing pipe and connect. You don't need glue or plumbing tape to get a good seal. Very easy to use!

Easy to install and use.
A simple way to connect the a vanity faucet to the old copper pipes. I am also positive it would work well with new construction as well. In my case it was simply a matter of shutting off the water, draining the pipes and the cutting the old valve off the stub from the wall. I then snapped the new valves into place and then cut enough tubing to reach from the valve to the faucet. The final step is to snap the fittings on the tube and then attach to the faucet. I checked for leaks, none found, and then closed up the vanity and I was done.

easy to use
As with any sharkbite products I have used, I couldn't be more happy. This has everything needed to install a standard faucet, except thread tape (which I use every time I install anything to do with water). The hoses are strong and the valves are very easy to turn. Simply one of the easiest products out there to install. Kit comes with 2 valves, 2 5' pieces of hose, 2 faucet connectors, and the tool to remove the hose from the connector if needed. GREAT SET!!

Well made and available to be purchased in many different lengths. The pipe is very flexible and durable made to last and handle varying and excessive water pressures. Excellent value compared to the MSRP of the woven metal options. The instructions were clear and the installation was very straight forward and the complete install was less than 30 minutes

Quick & Easy Kit
The SharkBite Faucet Kit is a quick and easy kit to install without the need to solder, torch, and plumbing tools. Therefore, you don't have to worry about draining all the water and wait for it to dry before you can solder the copper pipe to seal the Stop Valve connection. I'm not a plumber, so the kit provides a simple way for me to install my hot/cold water lines to my bathroom faucet. Just be sure to buy the right kit for the job. This kit is 1/2". The kit comes with 2 faucet connectors, 2 angle stop valves, 1 1/4" x10ft PEX tube, 1 1/4" disconnect clip. The kit could use a bit more instruction. But for the most part, the picture instruction is sufficient. All connections are push-fit. Just be sure to cut the PEX tube to the exact length for the hot/cold water line. The lines have to be somewhat correct in length, otherwise they don't fit in a top/down alignment as the picture indicates.

Plumbing made simple
Next to PEX, I love SharkBite. It has made me into a handyman for all my neighbors plumbing needs. With only a tubing cutter, I can quickly run new lines to any vanity, toilet, sink, or shower. The included fittings will get most new sinks hooked up in just a few minutes. I have used these fittings for several years and never had an issue. The only reason to call a plumber is if you can't lay on your back to make the final connections. I almost want to build a new home just so I can do more plumbing, it's almost fun now.

Good product
I've used SharkBite products before and have never been dissatisfied. What I especially like about this kit is that you get what you need in the bag to complete your faucet installation.
In reference to the instructions, yeah, they're short and sweet. If you've installed faucets before, it should be no problem figuring out the pictures. If you've never installed a faucet before, you might want to watch the Sharkbite Installation Tutorial available on YouTube (they have other SharkBite videos as well).

Good Kit
I purchased an installation kit instead of separate pieces and rather than rely on the plumber to provide the materials. The kit was complete and used to install a faucet as a part of a bathroom makeover. Simply updating fixtures makes a big difference in the look of a bathroom and increases a homes value. I would recommend getting assistance to make sure you purchase the correct kit.

Makes life so easy
On a new install, I see no reason to even look at another option.
It comes with a total of 10' of PEX in the kit so ya know its gonna fit your configuration.
Stop valves connect to any combination of copper, PEX, or CPVC pipe, so in almost all cases its gonna work for you. The sharkbite fittings are removable, reusable and you can very easily rotate them after installation for a better fit to your work area.
I was skeptical of these type of fittings when I first started using them 5-6 years ago,but none of them have ever let me down and I buy and use them without hesitation now

Brillant Invention
Being a Home Repair Pro, Shark Bite is one, if not, the Greatest thing ever invented for Plumbing since the Toilet. The Faucet Installation Kit is very east to install. No Torch, no solder, no paste, just snap together. You do have to have a 1/2 inch copper line to connect to. If you need to remove a Shark Bite Fitting, there is a release tool available at Home Depot. Great Fittings.
