Solid microwave, the last one lasted 10 years. Seems reasonable to me...

Home Depot delivered the product rapidly and in good condition. Replaced the same model. Installed in minutes. Works great.... did this ourselves during the COVID-19 quarantine.

Home Depot did a great job with delivery and store pickup. My issue is with this make and model. This is the second one of the same model we’ve had to buy in two years. The first one caught fire in its wiring.

Wow, we have owned this microwave for 12 years and have never had a major issue. When we decided to remodel our kitchen in 2007, the designer recommended a new "drawer" style as it saved counter/overhead space, and at the time our kids were young. Automatic door is a dream......kids use it with ease -- we absolutely love it!! Sleek design is a plus. Functions are easy to read/use. Unit is plenty powerful to heat, defrost, and cook perfectly! Clean up is very easy too! Trust me, this SHARP microwave is everything you want. Add this to your dream kitchen like we did and make your life easier.

Not happy with delivery. They left it outside at door and left. What kind of delivery service is that?

The microwave doesn't heat. Brand new out of the box and doesn't work. Now getting the runaround from Sharp to repair or replace.

Our 2nd Sharp microwave draw. 1st only lasted 5 years. Love the convenience of the “drawer”, but the new one seems to have a “cheaper quality front panel”. Not really happy with this for the price!

Our microwave started to go out just after the warranty expired. About 10 months later it was completely useless as the magnetron appears to have caught fire inside the unit - as you can see from the side by side picture of the old and new parts. Sharp was contacted by us multiple times and they really didn’t seem to care or want to help. DO NOT BUY THIS PROBLEM, I MEAN PRODUCT.

I have sharp 30 in. microwave drawer in my house. I ready replace it twice in 7 yrs. DO NOT BUY IT. When the warranty ran out and something happen to your microwave, you will not find any service place to service it. I am going through it right now and I don't want to have you going through it. The information that they have on their website are not accurate because either the service place is out of business or no one there to answer your call. DO NOT BUY IT IF YOU LIVE IN WISCONSIN. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR HAVE A SERVICE OR REPAIR PLACE THAT FIX IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT.

Bought one. Looked awesome. Drawer opened and shut. Tried to heat water but immediately started popping and smoking. Maybe a bad unit. Contacted Sharp...still waiting for resolution. Needed a microwave so I ordered and installed another microwave but this time door will not close when first opened. Both times installed by electrician $. Contacted Sharp again... still waiting. I am out $$$$ for both microwaves and cost of electrician visits. NOT HAPPY!

We have only had the microwave for about a month but so far we like it. It looks nice and works well.

This is our second purchase of this microwave - the first one lasted less than 4 years. The door on this one doesn’t bang open or closed and spill everything like the last one did, so that’s an improvement. I just hope it lasts longer than the first one!

We love this microwave. This is the second one we own because we sold our condo and bought a new one and we are redoing the kitchen with the exact same microwave.

Great microwave, replacing my first Sharp drawer micro, 10 years old. Removing the old, installing the new was very easy. Hope this one lasts as long.

I bought this very expensive microwave 2.5 years ago and this past weekend it started making a horrible grinding sound along with a bad burnt electrical smell. And stopped working. Sharp customer service told me it was no longer under warranty and now I have to have a VERY expensive repair done. I have owned many microwaves over the years (all under $150) and have never had one quit . Until this one.. which was about 10 times the cost of any other I have owned. If you want to spend the dough and roll the dice? OK.. but don's say you weren't warned. Read reviews all over the internet. My experience is a very common one!

Love this microwave..Fits nice into my opening and works very well.

Generally very good. Fits great and installs easily. My only negative is that the plastic control panel cover clip came broken at one end, causing the panel to be loose when touched. I was able to create a makeshift repair, but took about an hour extra.
