Installed this system when I installed a new sink and disposal because I did not want to make multiple trips. It leaked three different times before I replaced it with a conventional system. The flexibility of the system can cause it to loosen with anything moved in and out of that cabinet. Hot water and running the disposal cause it to blow apart.

It made my little under the sink area so much neater. And no leaks. I love it.

After almost flooding our kitchen, we realized that the pipes under the sink were not put in properly when we had our garbage disposal installed. (Not by HD) We’ve been fighting with little minor leaks here and there, but nothing like walking into a puddle of water. I highly recommend this item, it was very easy to install. The instructions were simple and even I (AKA Mom) could install. They’re even looks to be a little bit more room under the sink now

This drain worked well for about two months and then it crimped and clogged itself. I tried to use plumbing pliers to open the crimp and was not successful. I am providing photos. I had to replace the draining system because at the “Y” the individual drain pipes cannot be removed and replaced.

Easy to install. If you have a really small space look at the recommended videos on the enclosed instructions. I ended up using the recommended crisscross method and it solved the issue without having to cut the tubing. The interior of the tubes are smooth. The fittings seal well with no leaks. If you have garbage disposal you need the washer/seal that came with your garbage disposal. If it’s old you may want to purchase the replacement washer before installing this kit.

SO EASY to assemble. Super clear instructions, and I like that the interior is smooth so gunk doesn't catch. I hooked up to a double sink (one side with a disposal), and a dishwasher. I like that is has an included connection for the dishwasher so I didn't have to go through the disposal for that. (Tried to add image, but site wouldn't let me)

This made my drain replacement so easy and it looks amazing once completed and installed. The dishwasher inlet also made it easy to connect the dishwasher with no extra parts.

Working great thus far. No leaks after the initial install and will be keeping an eye on it for a couple weeks afterward. Had a drainage pipe coming off the disposal that was canted down at an angle creating a weak seal with the outlet coming off of the sink on the right. This product just fixes the whole height differential altogether. Watched the videos to get some ideas and went from there. Love the drainage option for RO filter/dishwasher! Got dishwasher connected to disposal and RO to this.

Won’t fit unless specifically built for this product. No way with a disposal under any circumstances. Don’t waste 30 bucks.

We messed around with the fittings from our old sink for a day and a half, gave up and got this complete package and had the sink plumbed in a half hour.

Put in a new kitchen sink and the two drains were closer together than the previous sink. This made the process a lot easier. I was able to hook them up after thinking things through and adjusting my pea trap...I didn't use most of the supplies in the kit but what I used is working great!

This was super easy to install vs trying to match up other pipes just right. Where the two pipes join seems small so I anticipate possibly having to clean it out more often than traditional setups.

Great kit! My contractor did a terrible job on the drain setup of our new kitchen remodel. Every time you bump the drain it would disconnect. The contractor was too busy to correct his terrible work. I’m no plumber but willing to try anything. Saw this kit at Home Depot and gave it a shot. Glad I did, the instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. Professional looking setup and is working great.

I recently purchased this product in the store . I took one look at it and staid to myself "Now that's for me" I was tired of the old ABS setup which was leaking and I didn't want to have to m3easure and cut various pieces to replace it. The Snappy Trap was the way to go. I didn't use any tools whatsoever. Everything is simply tightened by hand. Instructions easy to understand and it was even 'fun' for me to install it. This really is an exciting new product!

Was pretty easy install just got to think about how your going to run hoses i had to get a adapter for the dishwasher side of it cause the branch was bigger then my hose i tried to keep hose straight because other reviews saying it clogged on the bends but also once it in you shouldnt worry about moving it around only thing i see is where the 2 hoses come together by the trap that food doesnt get caught there not very big opening will see in time that its doesnt leak

I'm definitely no plumber but when reviewing the kit it seemed like it had everything I needed at a very reasonable price. The only items it did not include were the nuts to connect the pipes to the sink drain. It provided clear instructions and was easy to install. Flexible pipes allowed me to attach them to the main pipes with minimal issues and it works perfectly overall. No leaks to be found and I've had it installed over a month now. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this product. I really appreciated the pictures provided by the other reviews as they helped make my decision to purchase so I'll add one too in case someone has my same setup.

Picked up at my local store. Put a disposal in and cracked my old setup. If you have common sense and a little strength you can figure it out. I found the online videos were worth the watch first and then following the instructions as a guide.

Good product. Drains slow..

This product was incredibly easy to install with almost no tools required. However, huge problem is that the corrugated drain line clogged very quickly (within 1 year of install), and not at the trap but rather at a bend in the middle of the corrugated flex pipe. Furthermore, when taking it apart to clean the flex line no longer had any 'flex' and simply snapped. All of a sudden my quick and easy clearing of the drain turned into a non-useable sink emergency and a whole new drain install required. Although I initially loved this drain setup, I'm going back to the tried and true method to avoid constant clogging and sudden emergency from a should-be simple drain clearing.

the idea is not that bad but,technically is a bad design..............the trap is at the bottom,right before discharge,it serves both pipes,, now when you use lots of soap, it comes up the other side because, the pipes they're connected at the bottom So i suggest that, each pipe has its own trap.i could not recomend this drain kit as designed.........again make sure that you improve the design making this kit having a trap for each pipe, and a trap free bottom

The kit comes with everything you could possibly need for low or high wall drains. After replacing my disposal, I needed to change the configuration of the rigid white 1-1/2" PVC piping for the new disposal and double sink configuration, with minimal sink to drain height. After spending hours, I could not create a leak proof arrangement, until I found the SnappyTrap kit. Follow the well written instructions, to determine which pieces to use from the kit. First of all these flex lines have smooth inside walls in the flex pipe, which meets all plumbing codes. And "NO", food will not get caught in the flex pipe corrugations. Secondly, reading the complaints about the lines being too stiff is true if you do not arrange the lines correctly, or do not cut and customize your configuration. Yes! you can cut the hoses to eliminate stress, sharp and multiple bends easily. I found the seals that came with the kit to be rubber like, and better than the hard plastic seals which come with the white PVC lines. I also decided to drain the dishwasher into the disposal, so I could grind any food particles further, rather than having them go directly into the drain pipe and my septic system.

This product saved me time and frustration cutting pvc. The corrugated pipe bent well without kinking and had fittings for any scenario: with or without a disposal. Very happy

This "Snappy Trap" system is the best engineered drain pipe system I have ever experienced. For years I messed with the straight plastic pipe kits that were so hard to cut, so hard to make fit, and still often leaked. My older home had a strange drain pipe configuration that standard straight pipe kits would not fit. Today I bought the Snappy Trap system,which fit onto my double sink, disposal and a dishwasher hose, perfectly the first try! Directions were well written and easy to follow. I was done in less than an hour, and the first time I turned the water on, not a single leak! That has never happened before! I am seldom this impressed with a "new" plumbing product, but this was an exception. Great engineering, this "Snappy Trap" system!

This was very easy to install once I got rid of the shelf section under the sink that was keeping the hose from reaching the left side. My drain piping was a disaster (it was so corroded, I was able to remove it by hand). This is a major improvement over the old metal piping, which was corroded and leaking. It is super easy to install, looks clean under the sink, and you can reach around it if you need to check your faucet fittings underneath. I installed a nice kitchen faucet first, then did the drains. I have had the Snappy Trap for about 2 weeks and it works great! We are glad to get rid of the bucket in the sink (the faucet was also leaking). I installed a really nice faucet (Glacier Bay with retractable hose, also purchased at Home Depot), the day before I did the drains. I highly recommend this product and plan on getting some single drain ones for my other sinks!

A little pricey but well worth the money. It allowed me to custom fit a drain system for a problem situation. Everything you could need is supplied in the kit. I have a too high outlet pipe through the wall that left a crossover pipe between one sink and another with a disposal. It created standing water through the crossover like one large trap. With the Snappy Trap I was able to eliminate the crossover and have straight runs to the trap. This is the first trap system that allows you to custom make any configuration without putting s traps and p traps together to adapt a working drain. Love this product. Will be buying another for my daughters house. It makes it easy to fix problems in older homes.

Great kit and drain solution! Even had the 2" to 1.5" reducer coupling that I didn't know I needed until I got home and learned I needed it! Saved me another trip to the hardware store! Was dreading measuring, cutting and gluing PVC pipe, but this kit eliminated those tasks with its abundance of parts and flexible pipes. Gave a nice clean and modern look under my sink to my new install. So glad I picked it up when I was shopping for drain parts! Great instructions included and there are Youtube videos to from the company to demonstrate how to install it. This was my very first kitchen sink install and hooking up the SnappyTrap was by far the easiest part of the process.

I was a little skeptical when I purchased this product at Home Depot. I have one of those early 1970's high drain set up. We purchased a deeper sink and the disposal would no longer work. It set the disposal only an inch above the drain. I read that the disposal needs to be installed at least 2 inches above the drain. The Snappy trap with the two included elbows for the strainers worked great. I hooked up the dishwasher and everything works without leaks. I am now no longer skeptical, it just takes a little planning to make this work!

I thought the drain set up on the new kitchen sink was going to be a real pain, because the new sink has two different size bowls and one is deeper then the other. This kit made it super easy. I also thought the pipes might be bulky under the sink, but on the contrary it's very neat and clean looking. absolutely no leaks. I can't imagine an easier way to do the drain setup on a new installation where none of the drain pipes are in the same place as the old ones were. This is a great kit, I would use it again in a heartbeat if I ever need to plumb a drain on a new sink.
