Works great I 6-7 inches of snow. If there is a negative it’s the cord you have to be aware of where it is all the time. I bought it for doing my deck does a great job!

It was simple to get the blower assembled and ready to use. It seeems to have plenty of power, haven’t had any snow to try it out on yet.

Got the snow blower end of November. Today my area skirted Grayson, so first 8 inches of snow. I bought a 100 ft blue cord for it for the length of the drive way. It runs beautifully. I love the fact it turns off as I release the handle. So this way I can maneuver things or cord easily. It moves well in small spaces, I can move the direction of blow up and down as well as different directions, so I won’t throw rocks against window or my car. I debated getting a cover for it, it did not come with one which I think it should. But it is stored on my porch and so protected from elements. Putting it together was simple, even I at 63 could do it. One mistake I made when ordering it was that it comes in 2 versions, one bi level, one single level. Had no idea what either one of them ment. This should be somewhere mentioned or explained as those terms are listed I feel. But when reading about it, I figured I have to be mindful of surface underneath and raise it some in the front not to collide with rocks and raised plates.Since the little machine is so light, It works, so it was too much to deal with in sending it back in exchange with another. So I kept it and pay attention. I got a great deal and I am very happy with it, good bye shoveling. Getting too old for that anyway.

I brought this snow thrower to replace my broken gas one. I have it for 20 years. I need to do maintenance before and after each year on my old gas one. I was looking for another gas one but I found SJ web site and start looking for electric snow thrower. My SJ620 look small when I got it from delivery to my home. I am little concern that it may not work to take care my driveway. I was wrong. It is easy to start and does the job. The price is right also when compare to other gas snow thrower. The great part is electric. I do not have to worry my snow thrower run out of gas when I need it.

For a 73 year old person like me , this snow thrower is very easy to use, light weight and it's perfect for me.

Compared to my neighbors its tiny, I was unsure if it would be ideal. Turns out its great, powers through and does what the bigger ones do. It is easy to manage, the cord is a bit of a pain but equally a gas one does not come without its issues. We love it so far.

Bought the blower so my son's wouldn't have so long shoveling in the Canadian winters. Now they don't complain because clearing the driveway takes a fraction of the time now.

I purchased a Snow Joe on the last day of 2012. On March 15, 2017 Winter Storm Stella bombarded me with 30 inches of snow. The Four year old Snow Joe worked like a champ for two days clearing sidewalks and a driveway. Thank you, Snow Joe, for making such a quality product.

Easy to assemble. Easy to operate. Removes snow easily.

This snow blower was easy to assemble. Assembly mostly consisted of folding open the handle. Had to wait 5 weeks after I purchased it to get snow. We received five inches of somewhat heavy snow, and this snow blower handled it well. It does take some time getting used to the cord dragging behind you and not getting caught up in it when you turn or back-up. One thing that I do not like is the extension cord holder on the handle. I have a 12 gauge extension cord, which is the recommended gauge for cords longer than 50 ft. The cord is too heavy to bend to fit in the cord holder. I rigged something up but the cord was interfering with the crank handle for the discharge chute direction.

I'll be returning this shortly; stopped working the first time I used it. Went out early so I wouldn't overwork it with too much snow, and it did well for about 15 minutes. Looked it up online and saw similar descriptions.

Doesn't do well in wet slushy snow but i didn't expect it to. Have only used it twice so far, bought it late in the season. Of course the extension cord is a pain but was expecting that. Can live with it. Bought the 18" 13.5 amp because i have an old house, old wiring and 15 amp breakers, so was afraid if i had gone bigger i might have blown breakers. So far so good. I hate gas machines so here was my chance to cut the cord (hope not ). Note: you do have to push the machine, it won't pull itself along with the blades. I just hope the motor holds up. Only weighs 30 lbs. so at the end of the season i can just hang it in the garage to save space. So far i am happy with my choice. Time will tell.

The Ultra Joe required minimal assembly which was good and no tools needed. It was easy to use.

The unit was ready to go pretty much out of the box. It’s simple to start and op-erate. It’s fairly lightweight due to the plastic construction but with the first 8-10" snowfall it made clearing the driveway easy. Since it was really throwing this, I think it will be fine with heavier wet snow.

This was bought for my daughter to use for removing the snow from her large deck. She was most impressed as it proved so much easier than shoveling the wet snow.

Just purchased my snow joe recently and waited for a good snowfall to test it out. we had 30 cm of snow and my little snow thrower went through it so easily! I'm a 60 year old woman and this snow joe thrower made it very easy for me to clear my yard and driveway. It's light, easy to manuever and works like a dream!

exceeded our expectations my wife used it quite a bit and she really likes it.it is very easy to handle even for a women.it is light weight and does a terrific job of clearing our driveway right down to the blacktop.i would highly recommend this product.

Easy to use, handles a moderate amount of snow , an inexpensive alternative to gas snow blowers.

Got this on cyber Monday because I dont have much room in my garage. Set up was 5 mins and easy to use. It was good at clearing 6 - 7 inches of wet snow. Only downside is moving the wire every. With right planning, this shouldn't be a problem. Very happy with this product. Hoping it lasts a few winters.

I am a single, 60 y/o woman on a fixed income. I'm in pretty good shape but understand the reality that shoveling snow can be dangerous for us old folks so I started looking for a reasonably priced, environmentally friendly snow blower that was small enough to store in my small garage. I did my research and chose this one. And I couldn't be happier! First, I ordered it on 12/15 and it was delivered on 12/16. Amazing!! Second, it handled the snow on my 60' doublewide driveway like a champ! It's very easy to use, takes up very little space and will pay for itself before the winter is over since I won't have to pay to be plowed out. I'm thrilled!

The first time I used my Snow Joe 620 was under conditions supposedly not suited for this type of snowblower. Very wet and heavy snow about 12-15 inches in depth. But I picked up some pointers on YouTube and was very successful in clearing my driveway in spite of the wet heavy snow. The second time I used the Snow Joe, conditions were more normal. 5 inches of granular snow. Very impressed with this product. I was going to purchase it at Walmart but Home Depot had the lowest price. Worth every dollar. The best thing about using the snow blower was that when I finished, both times, clearing the driveway, my back was still in great shape. I highly recommend this product. ~CO

I live in Toronto, Ontario. Bought this as a Cyber Monday deal on November 28, 2016 and received it within a week. We had our first real snowfall last night of about 6 inches, mostly semi-wet snow. Tried the Snow Joe SJ620 this morning and it worked like a charm! It cleared the snow perfectly and even made it through the snow bank left by the street snow plow. I don't know why I waited so long to get something like this. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent. The Joe Snow blower came 99% sample in a box. You have only to adjust the handle and the lever. Otherwise, just press the button and easy to start the snow blower. We had a major snow storm 2-3 feet in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. A little Joe snow blower done a great job. We clean one foot of snow first day, and second foot of snow next day. We have three car garage and very big driveway and we clean it in 40 min. It was very heavy and wet snow. Snow was weight tons. We couldn't never complete this project without Snow JoeUltra 18 in. 13.5 Amp Electric Snow Blower. I am highly recommended this product.

We had about a foot of heavy wet spring snow this week. The snowblower made clearing sidewalks much much easier that with a shovel.

This is awful. It can barely throw snow 5 feet. Not as advertized.
