Looks great. Mid level skills required . I would suggest toweling it on with a large flat trowel on your hands and knees. You can see coverage and imperfections better.
The only downside is it takes 2 1/2 times more material than the square feet they suggest to apply the recommended two coats.
Makes it expensive but looks great. Definitely use a couple coats of clear sealer after finishing to protect and keep it clean .

Not very durable
I purchased last year and my porch peeled completely in spite of my following the directions. I bought an additional supply to touch up peeling areas this year and they are already peeling less than 2 months later. It looks good when first applied, but do not count on it lasting very long and the peeling will look way worst than the before application.

I found the product extremely hard to use personally. I therefore had to hire professionals who put it on using a sprayer. Had I had a hopper I probably could’ve done it myself however the best way to apply this product is not with the squeegee but with a hopper sprayer. The worst thing about this product is when you buy it you were not told that you need to have the primer first then this product and then the clearcoat is made this process horrible and I’m sure the product will not last very long.

Spreadrock was an amazing product that gave new life to my basement floor. Application was not difficult but it was labor intensive. Slight skill in making level sweeps is needed. You will need two coats and a water spray bottle for large areas. Still slightly textured after sealing, like sealed sandpaper. Went thru a LOT more than I thought I would but am very pleased with the result. 10/10 would use again.

Product was excellent but the coverages they indicated were way off if you wanted to do the job right. I used 16 gallons for 220 square feet of area that was not rough or damaged. I could have used one more gallon to finish it correctly. The primer was okay but the clear coat was way off the label coverage. Just a note about the application instructions.. they say to apply it at not less than 50 degrees centigrade, and not more than 85 degrees centigrade. I'm sure they mean Fahrenheit..

I have a new basement cement floor and the floor is level. I followed all the rules, used all recommended application tools and the product was impossible to use. It kept caking up, it was thin in some places and thick in others, and eventually I gave up. I will not recommend it nor buy it again. I will be asking for my money back as I purchased 6 gallons (1 gallon, and five gallon) for the five-gallon bucket. While it never worked properly, I could not tell if the coverage was accurate but in the end what I covered with one gallon was about 15 sq. feet so much lower than suggested on the can.

Excellent product. Easy to apply and the speckled granite finish is absolutely beautiful. Coverage was as advertised at 300 square feet per pail. We used two pails to cover about 280 square feet with two coats and we have a little bit left. We will definitely be using this again. Highly recommended.

SPECTACULAR PRODUCT!! Looks VERY nice and was easy to apply. The only advice I would give is to spread it on THIN like they say in two coats. Use pressure with the squeegee to be sure to put in on tight to the cement. That gives you the coverage they claim of 300 square feet per five gallons. But that is PER COAT. That means you will need two pails to cover 300 square feet with two coats.
We applied the first pail in mid afternoon in direct hot sun, so the product wanted to dry a lot faster. We spritzed it with water like in the video to keep it wet and it spread out fine, but we decided that we would put the second coat on first thing the next morning when it was cooler and the sun was not as strong so we could slow down the dry time and get more workability. That made a BIG difference and the Spreadrock went on fast and easy. For the vertical stoop leading to the door and a small bit of foundation wall we used a putty knife and the rock stuck on well, basically like plaster.
We are very pleased with the outcome. It is very elegant and seems quite durable. Our neighbors can't stop looking at it and neither can we! We highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a quick beautiful stone upgrade for under $2 per foot installed!
