Useful and reliable. Although this type of smart plug takes up more space than I like, I found that it was easy to add to my Wink 2 Hub, and works the way it should. I've used it only with lights, but am quite satisfied with the job it's doing.

While the outlet works well there was zero indication on the website or the outside of the box that it requires another item to be functional. I did manage to pair it with wink through a work around.

Works great with Smartthings. It takes a minute to connect initially, but no problems after that. I used them to control all my indoor Christmas lights and the tree.

This plug joined my Zigbee network without issues and acts as a router to extend the network throughout my home. It has been reliable so far. My only concern is with the relatively large "footprint" that it takes. It must go on the top socket of a plug so as not to block the other available socket. This is a minor concern and is "as designed".

I really love this product! It was easy to connect and works very well. So far I'm very pleased .

I've setup several of these with my Wink 2 hub. Most of them connected easily but there were a few that took several attempts before they would work. Once they were connected everything worked easily.

These smart plugs work well with my Samsung Smart Things hub. Found them at Home Depot at a price that was about half what the similar Samsung device sells for. I have a few of the Samsung plugs to control different lights and appliances and these work equally well.

Does what is supposed to do.

I read a lot of people having issues with Smart things. I have the second generation hub and I was able to add this plug to my things right out of the box following the basic instructions. It took less than 30 seconds. Easy as can be and a great price.

Works as advertised. Only limitation is that since it is a non-dimmable device, it does not know commands like "Alexa, Living Room 50%".

Paired easily with my Wink hub. Just followed the directions in my Wink app and it worked the first time. Highly recommend if you have a Wink.

Easy to use and controllable with Philips Hue app and Alexa. (We used it for our Christmas tree lights.)

This product requires an additional product called a gateway. You have to scan the QR code on the back of the gateway before the app can even be used. The description of this product does not mention this.

This smart outlets works well except for the occasional hiccup when it doesn't get commands from my home automation system.

Works Well. Minor difficulty with setup with SmartThings, but easily resolved if you follow directions on the various internet sites. Great for control of holiday lighting.

Does not work with smartthings as stated.

I have half a dozen of these hooked up to Samsung SmartThings. In order to use these you have to go out and get the device handler for this and load it in the SmartThings IDE. I am planning on swapping my fancy L*****n (non-dimming) plugs for these as I can get about twice as many for the price.

I ordered these because the description stated they they need a hub and listed Smartthings as a viable hub. When I couldn't get them to pair to the smartthings hub I contacted Smartthings directly and they stated they were not supported. I then reached out to the manufacturer and after waiting a week with no response I returned the items.

Used with Smartthings for a couple months. These little plugs are great, currently have 2 powering Halloween decorations, 3 more on the way for inside XMas lights.
