Don’t let the advertising fool you. This stuff is not for residential use. Its way too institutional and shiny to ever be considered for replication of actual slate. Its pitiful. Im returning it right after alerting others to not waste their time or money on this cheesy rendition.

Long-lasting and simple to use

Absolutely love it! Waisted to much money trying different paints on my basement floor; only tohave it chip off. Put down this tile and Absolutely love it! No more chipping and looks beautiful. The dogs not to thrilled about sliding across the room, but we think it's kind of funny. Peal and stic, easy as can be!!

Tile sticks well to some surfaces and not that well on others

This tile looks very nice. It is very easy to install as well. 5 days after installing the tiles we noticed that the tiles were delaminating (Yes, we followed the manufacturer's instructions). The tile itself sticks to the floor for the most part, but the design on the tile is peeling off. I do not recommend this product. I wish I had known this before laying it in my kitchen, entryway, and bathroom.

The product looks nice when down and project completed, but paper backing was difficult to get rip off on most and when it wasn’t the tiles didn’t stick very well.
