We installed this tile throughout our house using the chocolate bean grout and it turned out amazing. The tile will take a slightly darker color with the grout, so keep that in mind. Used 4 inch baseboards for the finishing. We are super happy and have received great remarks from all who have seen it.

Received only 1 of 2 boxes that were supposedly shipped, and half of the tile in the delivered box were broken.

Installed 2,000 square feet. Looks amazing and love it, fast forward 3 months and in traffic areas it looks old and dingy. I have to scrub on hands and knees to restore. Sooo many chips too, afraid to look at it with a stink eye, it would probably crack. You should purchase a better tile., Tile is the cheapest part of an install, don't skimp with this tile. It can't be a what the rating is.

Sadly by the time we were finished installing this tile it had chips in it in many different spots. Not sure if we dropped a bunch of things but I’ve never seen tile chip so easily before.

When it comes to quality this tile is no more than 3 stars, the quality varies by batches. we had to shop from 4 different stores to finish our project. the tile we bought from 1 store had chips and air bubbles in the finish. the tile bought form another store, the finish was good but had rough cut edges. Anyways, we did love the look of the tile and i would give it five stars if it wasn't for the issues with the glaze on the tile chipping. Inspect the tile thoroughly before installing.

Do not use charcoal grout. It will stain your tile. Other types of grout works perfect for it. It’s a good tile. I love it. Makes the bathroom look nice.

I've used several different brands and types of tile over the years, this tile is by far the worst quality I've used, jyst know that it's inexpensive for a reason, tiles are cupped (bowed lengthwise) they are difficult to cut/break, chip very easily

Some of tiles off not every piece the same but for price what do expect.

Good looking tile but either very thin, or poorly packaged. Many boxes had 40-80% broken tiles. I did return 2 boxes and was pleased with the exchange policy. Used in 2 bedrooms without high traffic area. Great price point.

5 for beauty but be careful on the grouting. Must wipe off the grout within 10 min. Do 6 sq ft areas. Tile is a matte finish and absorbs grout fast. Will spend hours and hours scrubbing off grout if you apply to a large area then wipe off.
