Easy to install with the side groove and hidden fasteners. I did make a few scratches during installation - Surface is a bit softer than I expected. Has a softer feel than wood when standing on deck. Results in a very nice looking deck.

Thank you for your review and comments. As the material is 50% plastic, it can feel a little flexible in the heat in the heat of the summer, but we are glad you are pleased with the final product.

The decking worked perfect for me. The only disappointment was...
The decking worked perfect for me. The only disappointment was not being able to purchase 16’ lengths of the decking. Calling customer service was a waste of time as they NEVER answered the phone no matter what time of day it was.

Overall I found boards to be in excellent shape. However...
Overall I found boards to be in excellent shape. However the ends are not square on these boards. Some have a bit of side bow as well.

We replaced our old worn wooded porch floor, deck, steps...
We replaced our old worn wooded porch floor, deck, steps and platform, roughly 1000 sq. ft., with this beautiful board and couldn't be happier. Living at the coast we expect this to be a much better fit than wood which has to be treated, stained or boards replaced every year. Very happy!

Great product
I used this product to cover the wood boards on my dock, which have to be replaced every few years. I screwed the composite boards on top of the wood beards after applying a layer of tar paper over the wood boards. The dock looks like new after two years. The only problem is that are hot to the bare feet in the summer.

Easy to put down and maintain. Hopefully will last for many years to come. Only complaint is that the boards for being a manufactured composite, we're not straight. Several had to be "pushed or pulled" in to place.

Thank you for your review. The Veranda decking is a highly textured/ embossed material that exceeds OSHA's recommendations for slip-resistance. This can, however, be affected by weather conditions such as rain, frost or ice, or by the type of show worn, etc. If the consumer wishes to add extra protection for slip-resistance, we recommend the use of anti-skid tapes. These can be found in clear tapes, and will generally adhere well to the decking, better, than liquid coatings that may crack and peel.

Used decking boards for the top of a workbench I leave outdoors. Easy to work with and install. Cuts easily. Predrilled screw holes. Screws went in easily. This was the first time I worked with decking so I watched a YouTube video first. Ready to build my deck.
