Failed
Bought this unit December of 2023. Feb 2024 and the unit FAILED with all of our game meat inside. Freezer was plugged in, and the green light was on. My husband was working in the shop and decided to move it over a little. Upon cracking the lid noticed a rotten smell. Nothing was cold but the freezer light was on green and set to 7. We DID NOT lose power. Still won't run cold. So upset to lose our meat!

Leaking after 14 months.
The freezer chest worked great for about 14 months. After that it began leaking at the bottom of the freezer. There was a lot of condensation causing water leaks. Called customer service and the requested I buy a part and make the fix myself. They claimed that if it was still under warranty, 1 year, it would be an easy replacement. Very disappointed with Vissani and their response to a product that broke shortly after warranty expired.

Perfect unit for my 5th wheel. Doesn't take up much space, yet gives ample room for 1 month of frozen food storage beyond the typical fridge/freezer. Gets super cold.

We ordered for curbside pickup. Notified we were on site. Our item was loaded by Victoria less than 5 minutes after our arrival! Wow! Victoria was very friendly also which is always nice!

Very short life
I purchased this freezer just over a year ago. Chose it because of the garage rating. It failed and ruined a couple hundred bucks of food. Spend your money on something else.

So far its been good but have it only have a few weeks. I wanted the upright ,perhaps down the road.
We really enjoy having the extra space for frozen items.

We recently needed another freezer and the price & size is what caught our attention. We like that it has a light inside, 2 baskets & is garage ready. I just wish it had a wire barrier on the shelf inside to help separate food & keep any food from falling off the shelf ledge. Other than that, it's been working great & more room than expected.

Great chest freezer
I bought this freezer for my garage, and I am very pleased with it. The best feature is the LED light, which illuminates the interior and makes it easy to find what I need. The freezer has a manual defrost function, which means I have to defrost it occasionally, but it is not a big hassle. The freezer has a lot of capacity, with 4.9 cu. ft. of space. The freezer is quiet and energy-efficient, and it comes with a one-year warranty.
