Great product ! not just for sill plates and wet conditions or ground contact. I use it for my side wall construction to deter termite infestation, I would recommend this product for a verity of your construction projects

A couple of days after using this product, in a construction project, many of the Beams had to be replaced due to warping. Bending measured up to 2 inches of distortion from original straight orientation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product.
