Did what it supposed to Ribs came out great sturdy construction.

Without a metal rod inserted in the center, ribs fall thru the center, burning them and preventing sliding the rack in different directions without them getting hung up. Very bad move for a company like Weber, who’s in that business.

The rack is not suited for a full “rack of ribs”. The rack does not keep the ribs off the grill and out of the heat with indirect cooking.

The Weber rib rack is excellent. After prepping the ribs we cut the slab into triple-rib portions, which worked out great on the rack.

Was able to cook 3 racks of ribs at one time. Loved it! Fit my Weber grill perfectly.

Great product holds 4rack of Ribs at time very useful ?

This product worked as described. It holds up to 5 half racks of ribs and allows them to cook/smoke as well.

It's a pretty basic item designed to hold the rack of ribs upright for smoking, but it is designed more for baby back ribs. I grill St. Louis style spare ribs, where the rib bones are much longer in length. The slot dividers don't come up high enough to fully support spare ribs, causing the rack to lean or fall over. A simple design change increasing the height of the dividers would solve this.

Stainless steel cleans easily. Not large enough to support whole ribs, and odd number doesn't allow 3 ribs split in half. My Genesis will not fit 2 racks and smoke box

I like the Rib rack I love using it my Beef ribs come all nice and juicy great looking forward for my next cook out.

I was able to cook twice as many ribs at once using the Weber Original Rib Rack.

Well constructed rack, but it has wide spacing which allows taller St. Louis racks to flop sideways into each other.

Racks of ribs stand up without need of flipping and the smoke from wood chips covers the entire rib.
