The Weber Original Rib Rack is well constructed with sturdy welds. The chrome finish is durable and spraying with cooking oil ahead of time makes it super easy to clean. It holds the ribs upright so more can fit on the grill for smoking. The slots are wide enough so that even large beef ribs can be easily removed after cooking without getting stuck.

Used these for pork babyback ribs and it worked great. Had one extra long rack, so I put it in the center. Over time, it shrunk as it cooked. Smoked for 4 hours; rotated the ribs every hour when I misted them with apple juice. Moved the rack closest to the indirect heat to the furthest slot. They cooked great with the thick side up. Highly recommend if you smoke for a party. Used a Weber premium charcoal grill with the charcoal inserts for indirect cooking.

Worked great! Three racks of ribs rubbed and smoked on the Weber Charcoal grill! Finished on the gas grill with bbq sauce.

Needed a rib rack to be able to cook 5 slabs of ribs at the same time. I've always been pleased with every Weber product that I've purchased in the past, so this was a no-brainer. It's very sturdy and did the job. It was easy to clean, and nice to know that it's dishwasher safe. You get what you pay for with Weber.

Used this rib rack to smoke two racks of baby backs. It worked great and has enough room for five racks. Makes me wanna buy more racks next time just so I can see it filled up. Great Buy!

At first I thought these Rib Racks were kind of gimmicky, just another cheap add-on to the plethora of other grilling/smoking utensils Weber and competitors sell, but after seeing them in action I am sold. I have an 18.5" Weber Smoky Mountain (WSM) and generally have issues fitting more than 2 racks of ribs per level. This device fits the 18.5" perfectly and creates significantly more space by stacking the ribs vertically. If you have a different variety of smoker, perhaps an offset kind, I would still suggest these to you as you can view both sides of the ribs without flipping and flopping them around and it will still create additional space in the smoker for other things. These also help with my OCD about things being organized and symmetrical. Summary: If you like smoking ribs and are a bit of a neat freak, these rib racks are well worth the value.

This is a durable quality product that will stand up to 4 full racks of ribs. It was easy to clean. Provided the perfect space necessary in my large green egg smoker.
