Nice heavyweight grill pan that we bought for cooking fish and vegetables on our grill. It does get pretty dark after use, but with scrubbing, we were able to get it clean again.

TRUE STORY... Our Weber grill finally died in October 2021, she gave us over 25 years of wonderful service. Weber makes one of the best grills on the market...they are expensive....But there is no other brand for us. So when we went to order our new Weber grill I saw this Weber Grill Pan & I thought...OMG Weber makes a grill pan? It must be Fabulous, IT'S a Weber...I have to have it! So when we get home I ordered the grill pan online with some other accessories so my husband wouldn't see how much it cost & have another sticker shock stroke. We love grilled vegetables & make 3-4 different kinds whenever we grill. I thought those disposable aluminum ones are getting so expensive...$30 is a steal! So, the new grill arrived...perfect. New grill pan arrived...perfect. I lightly coated the pan with olive oil...I coated my peppers, zucchini, eggplant & onions with a light olive oil...perfect. OMG...on low everything was still sticking to the pan...after the veggies FINALLY cooked, I put the cooled off pan in the sink full of hot water & Dawn to soak for 2 hours. Later I'm scrubbing & scrubbing until I get Carpel tunnel syndrome & I used every chemical in the house... the pan was still grease stained. Everyone in the house (6 of us) tried scrubbing that pan. Finally my husband threw it in the garbage & said "Don't tell me what it cost...after all of that & it's still not clean. With all that grease stuck to it, by next week it will be filled with bacteria & I am not eating from that filthy thing!" I wanted to LOVE that pan...what a Disappointment! That's my story...did I do something wrong...you decide if you want to buy it.

This is a great product for cooking fish, shrimp, and vegetables.

Works very good but hard to clean.

After the second use I really like this grilling pan. I marinate hamburger and was having trouble with flare ups. This was the fix I was looking for. Burgers stay juicy without getting burned.

I bought this to cook thinly sliced kielbasa, it cooked fine but I just spent an hour trying to clean it and I can't get it clean

Great job of fish fry.

I like the size of the grill pan and the smaller openings that prevent food from falling through. However I was very disappointed in how difficult it was to clean. It says it is dishwasher safe but it required the use of a steel wool pad to remove the food residue even after soaking overnight.

Bought for my hubby and he loves it! Especially good for grilling fish and veggies! Even did a pizza with this pan! Easy to clean too!

Not the easiest thing to clean.

Kept my grill clean, and cooked the food evenly and juicy.

We only grilled fish on this tray, and it’s impossible to clean/remove burnt portion off from the tray. Even after 2.5 hrs in dishwasher, surface remains sticky and greasy. Color change didn’t bother me at all, but I’m reluctant to grill again on this tray… so disappointed! (We have a weber grill, and grilling temp is 450 for 8-10min)

I have purchased 2 Weber grills for our new home just this year. So I also grabbed this grill pan for veggie. Oh my goodness!!! It looks like it's 100 years old already and impossible to clean it. Disappointed!!!
