It was just a replacement for the fixture I had already the other one I had was plastic this one is glass I was looking for a plastic one but I couldn't find one but other than that it's really good can't tell the difference it's a good product

For years we had to use a smaller, made for ceiling fan light bulbs, which very hard to dins. Finally we decided to change out the globe. This Westinghouse Globe let's us use regular, brighter bulbs. And looks very nice and had a very good price.
