[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a week ago and love it.Was a little confusing on the electrical hookup.Has one plug that runs whole unit. Needed to ignore existing dryer 220 plug. Converted existing washer 110 to a 120v. Was simple to do after talking to an electrician friend.

The unit is compact, looks good and arrived in great shape, nice job delivering and setting by Home Depot. However the quality of the unit is not what I expected and the noise level too high. The door to the dryer will not stay open and I have to hold it back while I reach into the washer.

Small wash tub, but expected this size.Generally great little washer/ dryer for our RV. This has 110 Volt, and that made the difference. Just plug in, hook up supply and drain, and start washing!!

Washer very very loud. When turned to hot water, it is very little hot, mostly ICE cold. Manuel says a little warm water will be added to the hot temp cycle. It is NOT warm, it's ICE cold. I'd rather have clothes washed in hot for germs, rather than be energy efficient. Dumb builder. Also, the dryer timer is messed up. The cycle knob does not line up with the lines on the cabinet. (Timer, cycle, on switch.) Over all...disappointed with this unit.

I love it! Once I got the right voltage. It is beautiful and quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven’t had this unit very long. It is in one of our rentals. We used it right after it was installed. It seems that the dryer doesn’t dry like I would like it too. The washer is relatively quiet and it fits great in a small space

This is the noisiest washer I have ever seen. Not just loud, overbearing, when it’s running you can’t hear anything else.

I would recommend this laundry set only if needed for limited space. While it's operation is simple and it does what it is made to do, it causes clothes to pill. I've never had a problem with pilling clothes so it is not filling the tub too full or improper sorting. Because the tub is small and it does more agitations, the clothes seem to encounter more friction. Whirlpool has installed a lint collector in the washer tub that needs to be emptied every wash so this would seem to be the reason why. Also, not a fan of plastic parts in the wash tub which makes for an inferior product. As far as the HE performance, expect the norm, but I sure miss washing machines that would cover the clothes in water which not only gets clothes cleaner, but also acts as a buffer to be gentler on fabrics.

We bought this unit about a month ago and absolutely love it! Our old one was 27 yrs old. Very economical and efficient. The washer spins the clothes very dry making less dryer time. A little noisy but worth it! Highly Recommend

Washer works amazing! Sometimes the dryer won’t dry but that could also be due to operator error from me letting my fiancé put the clothes in the dryer.

when time came to replace my condo's old whirlpool, i found this one. i believe it is the replacement model create by whirlpool to the one i had from 15 years ago. its wonderful. about the same noise level. quieter except on the spin cycle. great size. can wash a set of queen sized sheets, a towel and pillow cases no problem. size is perfect. and the clear top and electronic system is kinda cool (making it feel very modern). definitely uses less water than my last stacked washer dryer combo from whirlpool. it takes pretty good size loads. pretty fast. the washer takes about 35 minutes a load, and dryer about an hour (typical) I'm a working professional guy, who hits the gym daily. about every three days i do a load. good size. not too small. perfect. also had home depot install it. they were great. worth buying the new connectors (required). I read reviews on here before i bought it, so wanted to leave one cause they helped me.

Load size is a little small so it take an extra load to get the same amount done also it takes a little longer to get my clothes as dry as i like. Overall though i find it suit my needs very well and i'm very happy with my purchase.

My larger washer and dryer is located in the basement so this eliminates the constant running up and down the stairs. And it also cleans the cloths better than my larger washer.

The dryer would not stay on for more than 10 seconds. We are contacting Whirlpool for service. What a lemon and disappointment!

This washer dryer DOES NOT have the cord that works. HomeDepot sent a guy out and he concurred with the delivery guys but said he couldn’t fix it. Now we have an electrician that we will have to pay. Our house was built 2 years ago. This has become a huge headache and expense.

Great addition to my 5th Wheel RV. Just love it!

Machine easy to operate. Fits my needs perfectly! Many bad issues with delivery and installation. Delivery company damaged outside of machine and covered damaged areas with blue tape. I didn't discover till long after they left. They also cracked my drain pan during installation.

The 120v doesn’t dry the clothes, it’s awful, what use to take me 30 minutes to dry my clothes now takes 1hr 20 min. It’s awful
