You pay the 1.99 service fee they Cut the seconds of video so you Just get no images so you wasted Your money do not pay them money! The battery last one day 24/7 recorded On a PC with 1TB hard drive! This Has to be hard wired power! They Will probably go out of business soon!

    Camera needs to be not to far from base, limiting the wireless feature. Night vision is very poor, plus camera view is static. I already have a wyze indoor camera but the outdoor is a poor comparison.

    Hi there, we are very sorry to hear you are experiencing some connectivity trouble and would like to help. The max range between the camera and Base Station varies, but in an open, clear field, they can be up to 300 feet apart. If you have multiple walls, doors, and other structures between each device, then that optimal range will be smaller. We would recommend taking a look at this article for some tips:

    After 2 charges the battery goes from full to dead in under 72 hours. The charge time is also several hours. Not practical for outdoor home security at all.

        Cam is great - when it detects. I bought to observe small animals but more often camera only detects people. Once in a while it may detect animals for a day then stops. Only reason for low rating. If it worked as needed it would be higher rating. While good pics I can livestream but even with Wyze support team they are not able to correct issue.

            Garbage
            This is absolutely garbage. Tried everything they say to setup...still doesn't work. You try calling support, they just keep playing the messages. Waste of money.

                            The base setup with one camera was easy to set up and add to my existing wyze application. Got it all up and going in time for a trip we took so we could keep an eye on our driveway and side door while we were gone. Not even utilizing it's full capabilities such as as portable setup. I bught a second camera for it nearly immediately.
