I bought this to clean mildew off my second bathroom ceiling that we are planning on painting , I have tried all sorts of mildew cleaners and have not had any success, but this stuff works like a dream . I applied it and it came off with a couple swipes, the whole ceiling is completely free of any mildew residue. My only complaint would be that it is VERY strong bleach and the smell is very overpowering, definitely wear face protection

I usually have very low expectations for cleaning supplies but this stuff was like magic. There was mildew that was getting out of control on the bathroom ceiling. We tried vinegar to clean it without much luck. Zep took it out with 2 applications, 1 minute of soaking, and wiped right off with a terry cloth.

We were given a second hand bounce house for our kids to play on but there was lots of mildew and mold stains. We tried a couple of home remedies first and then decided to buy Zep. I was SHOCKED by the results!! We just followed the directions and couldn't be more pleased.

I desperately needed to get the mold out of my bathroom walls. I did my research and this product came up, it had more 5 star ratings than any other brand so I bought. The minute I got home, I used and I wasn’t expecting a whole lot just enough to get the job done. I mean to tell you it did not disappoint. The mold was instantly gone like it wasn’t even there to begin with. I was beyond impressed. I definitely recommend this for using on your bathroom walls. Especially if you are living in a rental. Trust me you will need this product.

This product is a magic mixture of cleaning happiness! I have tried for years to clean my gutters, assuming that they were dirty, when in fact it was mold and mildew stains. I feel like a fool and so grateful at the same time, but I'm glad I tried this product.

Wow, what a life saver this simply product is. A little chemical concoction, a quick spray, and you be quite surprised at the results in just two minutes. I have tried for years to clean the gutters by scrubbing the with all kind of products, but it never occurred to me that they weren’t dirty in the traditional sense, they had mold and mildew stains. Look at my photos, the results are impressive and quick, with nothing more than a spray from the bottle, a very light action with a scrub daddy and rinse it off. I am going back to the store and getting more for sure.

This is the only product that I trust to remove the mold in my shower, works on the first use.

This did a great job. Years of trying to get rid of mold in sealant and grout in our shower using bleach and shower cleaners and nothing worked except this.

Just picked up the Zep Mold & mildew for the first time at Home Depot upon employee recommendation. This stuff is incredible, you just spray it on and almost immediately wipes off dark mildew with a sponge. I had stubborn mildew on some rentals and the mold and mildew cleaner I use before took several applications. This Zep stuff is incredible I will recommend it to everyone and for only $3 (32oz.) wow what a bargain. I will tell my sister about Zep mold and mildew she does apartment and home management.

I tried everything to remove the dirt mold and mildew stains off my RV roof. Zep mold and mildew cleaner removed the stains and the roof looks new. This stuff is absolutely amazing, just like their other products. Thanks ZEP for making prducts that actually work at a fair price!

A product that just makes your life more efortlessly. After applying and leaving it for a couple of minutes you barely have to scrub the surfaces and don’t leaves water spots on the faucets or any other chromed area.

so I sprayed Zep on part of the grout in the tub waited 10 mins and came back to only slightly lightened mold but now lots of rust stains. I have been scrubbing those stains for the past 20 mins and they still aren't gone

This product was excellent. It does exactly what it was meant for . I sprayed it on the walls of my bath room for molds and mildew left for a few minutes . I returned just to find my bathroom impeccably clean and Shiny. I recommend this product.

Works great for my bathroom. Just spray and let the chemistry works. Only problem is that you will have to bear with the bleach smell, but definitely worth it when you see the mold gone.

I have a shower that is nothing but tile and grout, I could scrub for days and it would still look the same. I'd tried everything that was "Shower and Tile", nothing worked and was a huge waste of money. I figured for the price of this, why not try it; and I will never regret it. It is very strong in smell but if you can spray and run, you need this. If you can't bend over, don't want to bend over, or you're just tired of almost literally breaking your back scrubbing your shower, you need this. I attached pictures so you don't think I'm being over dramatic. I DID NOT HAVE TO SCRUB AT ALL!!!

I use this on any mold in showers and you jusy spray let sit and rinse. It is strong but the product does the work for you!! I use all Zep cleaning products and have been in business almost 2 years now! Thanks Zep. I wish the oxi clean all purpose spray came in the 1 gallon jug. Zep is/has some of the best products i have used and i have plenty of them.

Excellent & effective product

This works really well to remove mold and mildew and makes the tub white again. It would be nice if the bottle sealed, it will spill if tipped over.

This stuff is the BOMB! AWESOME!!! Used it on my white tile shower that was impossible to clean and the yellow residue was gone in minutes!!! A black area that was starting to develop took 2 different treatments, but it is gone too! I will never go without this product!!! I did use gloves, a mask and goggles. I would recommend that!

I normally see black mold appearing in the grout lines of my tiled showers and tubes receiving daily use in two-to-three-weeks time depending on home humidity levels. The black mold is easily destroyed and regrowth delayed with liquid chlorine products. I had been using another name brand product and decided to try a similar product made by Zep. Usually once we find a product that works well for us, we are often reluctant to try something new. To my surprise, in a very short time, the Zep Mold Stain and Mildew Stain Remover destroyed the black mold in the grout lines (see photos below). I decided to try the other product I was using before Zep and it took about twice as long as Zep to destroy similar black mold in the shower. Since my local Home Depot store stocks Zep Mold Stain and Mildew Stain Remover, I'll be purchasing it in the future because it is more economical and works as well or better. Some advice to folks who have severely mold stained showers and tubs. Several applications over several weeks time are necessary to completely destroy and bleach the discoloration of the stain. However once eliminated, periodic use will keep things tidy.

I must admit that i was skeptical as to how well this would work. It did take 2 applications but the results were marvelous. Got rid of all discoloration.

I bought a boat with vinyl seats and trim that were mildewed from years of storage. My good friend who is a boat captain said I'd never get them clean. The buddy I bought the boat from was selling the boat because his wife hated the seats being funky and he couldn't get them clean. I looked online and bought in to the hype from a couple of different products that were expensive and did not work at all. If you have heavy mildew, you're going to need a product with bleach. This stuff has been incredible. I spray it on with a fine mist and let it sit. After 20-30 minutes I'll re-spray. I'll do this all afternoon until what I need to be clean is perfectly mildew free. Then rinse thoroughly and...done. No scrubbing, just patience and find something else to do while the seats are soaking. I understand there is a threat of damage to the upholstery threads, but I'd read enough reviews online that I decided in my case it was worth the risk. Also, no ordering and waiting...I walked into my local HD and pulled it right off the shelf!

I tried everything from baking soda and vinegar to bleach, nothing made a dent. Went to the store to get tilex, bought this because it was half the price. Could not believe the immediate change! It's very acrid, take precautions breathing fumes, but it was worth it to go from disgusting to white in 5 minutes.

I use this on my boats, outside pvc and aluminum furniture and it removes the mold and other grime like nothing else I have ever tried. I use it in the shower too. Nothing else comes close.
