I don't typically write reviews (good or bad), but we are so disappointed with our purchase from Rugs USA. When we first received the rug it was beautifully white and so soft. After a months time, it has become extremely stained from the sun and looks as if we had it for years by how worn down the fibers quickly became. Once a soft white rug, turned ratty and discolored in less than 30 days. We adjusted our couch (pictured here) and could not believe our eyes. And yes, we tried shampooing the rug thinking we somehow dirtied the rug, but it is truly poor quality. I strongly urge you not to purchase this rug unless it is in a room with zero sunlight and foot traffic.

This rug was beautiful for about 2 weeks. Then the black starts to rub off and bleed into the white. We keep a very clean house. No shoes, socks must be clean to go on a rug, no dirty feet. We really wanted to keep this rug white. However, as you can see in the picture, there is a long strip where it looks SO DIRTY. the rug is not dirty, it’s just faded because that’s the area we walk through. We have had this rug for about 4 months and it is already garbage.

Good quality. Very white so not for everyone but its easy to clean and it really brightens up the room and makes it look classy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the softest rug I’ve ever owned. Everyone who touches it falls in love immediately. My kids love it, but now they won’t leave the living room. One thing I didn’t know about vacuuming the rug is that the carpet/upholstery attachment should be used unless your vacuum adjusts for pile height. It’s truly white and it hasn’t been a problem so far. It has held up to a friends and family movie night involving 2 toddlers, 2 seven year olds, and 2 ten year olds. I would recommend for sure.

I use it in my daughters nursery. No shoes and she mainly just naps and sleeps in the room with some bedtime story time. Its gotten noticeably less white where we walk the most, after 1 year. It is sooo soft and she likes rolling around on the rug. It is still fluffy, just dingier. Easy to vacuum. I would not put this rug anywhere high traffic and definitely no If you’ll wear shoes on it or have pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED this rug but it shows dirt and wear VERY fast. Fasting than I was hoping even for a white rug. After my dog had an accident I cleaned it with a carpet cleaner but it was ruined. Very comfy but would get a darker color.

You will get what you pay for. I bought my rug 2 weeks ago and it’s already showing signs that it will be a matted mess very shortly. I wish I put my money toward a more expensive rug that won’t have that issue.

This rug looks amazing and is very soft and plush on your feet. I put it in my bathroom and wild suggest buying an anti slip rug mat, as it does tend to slide on the tiles.

This rug is bright white and SO SOFT! I bought it for my son's room and it feels so good under your feet. It's not a typical long shag rug so it vacuums nicely. *Dogs and kid approved*

This rug is sheep soft! Nice bright white I would say the lines are a dark slate gray. Over all me and my husband are very happy with this rug! Love it.

Buying off the Internet, a product that I hadn't seen or felt, I didn't have high expectations. I thought worst case scenario it'll just be decorative. But the carpet came crazy fast. Was nicely wrapped and unbelievably thick and soft!!! Did I mention soft!! I have since purchased curtains and I'm excited for them to arrive. I'll be getting all my area carpets from this site now. The price is amazing, the selection is unbeatable, and the carpet itself is amazing.
