Questions & Answers
Would this bronze color match an oil rubbed bronze faucet color?
Hello Tommy. We recommend you visit your local Home Depot store so you can be sure that this finish matches the finish of your oil rubbed bronze faucet.
Can I mount this with my moen vavle?
Hello Sammy. The trim kit cannot be attached to a Moen Rough In Valve Kit. However, the kit includes the Rough In valves as well as the trim.
What's the measurement from the mounting hole to the reach into the tub where the water comes out of the faucet? And is there a technical term for that measurement?
Thank you. That is 7 9/32 inches and there is not a technical term for that measurement.
How do you clean the screen on this faucet? The water pressure has really slowed down, which makes me think there is sediment caught in the plastic screen. Seems like a design flaw as one should be able to periodically unscrew and rinse off the screen.
This does not have a traditional aerator and that cannot be removed. This unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, so we suggest you contact the Home Depot Customer Service Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can assist you with troubleshooting as well as sending out any parts you may need, free of charge.
What is the hole measurement for the hot and cold valves
Thank you. Standard hole size recommended is 1 1/2 inches.
What is maximum deck thickness?
Thank you. Max deck thickness is 1 31/32 inches.
Can this set be used to replace an American Standard faucet?
Thank you. You cannot put the trim on the American Standard Rough In kit. However, the Mandouri kit does come with both the trim and the Rough In valves needed for a complete installation.
Does the spout twist off so that I could screw on a hand held shower sprayer?
Thank you. The spout assembly is non removable.
