The hot water cartridge is leaking around the stem. what is the limited lifetime warranty?

The hot water handle rotates the wrong direction. I tried taking the insert out and spinning it 180 degrees but it makes no difference. It used to turn the correct direction but we had a clog and removed the insert to clean it.

It sounds like you either have a cold water cartridge in the hot side, you installed the cartridge backward, or you installed the handle housing backward.
The cap on the faucet is loose. How do I tighten it?

Is the drain valve made of metal or plastic?

How do I remove the handles to access the cartridges? "product details" and installation manual don't give instructions on how to remove handles
Thank you. There is a cap on the end of the handle that faces the faucet body. You will need to remove that and inside of the handle is a 2.5 metric Allen screw. once that is removed, the handle will come off.
I have this faucet but did not install it, how do you get the hot and cold knobs off so you can change the cartridge?

Is the nylon hose part replaceable? Ours ruptured after 14 years. It is a unique part with crimped ends and clip in ends that snap in place for the water that goes to the faucet, so not under pressure, so wonder why it ruptured.
