The Genoa Palermo Tile is an eye catching, versatile option for both direct mount and grid applications. Since the full design is revealed when the pattern is repeated, this tile will be best appreciated in larger spaces. At 0.030 in. thick, it is twice as thick as our other series of tiles. If you are planning to direct mount these to your ceiling, you will love the way that they overlap. Perfect for both commercial and residential applications, these Tiles are made from thick 0.03 in. vinyl plastic. Their lightweight yet durable construction make these tiles easy to install. 100% Waterproof, these tiles are washable and won't stain due to humidity or mildew. A perfect choice for anyone wanting to add that designer touch at an amazing price. Since your ceiling will more than likely have partial tiles at the perimeter, you will have to cut the tiles to size for those areas. Since this tile projects 0.50 in., there will be a noticeable gap. Our Kingsbridge Border Tiles are the perfect remedy and the best choice for finishing off the perimeter of your room.

    I used this tile in a glue up application. It is better suited for a grid install in my opinion. The tiles do not have straight edges nor are they all the same size which is super hard to line them up straight and not to have gaps for a glue up install, i used Power Grab glue in a caulking gun around the outside and a X in the center. You almost want to paint the ceiling black first or find something flat black to cover the seams. (I ended up using electrical tape to cover all the seams because of the small gaps that you could still see the old white ceiling through)
