During a free virtual consultation, a sales consultant from The Home Depot will meet with you remotely via online video conference. They’ll show you product samples, help you envision different options in your home using a 3D digital design tool and give you a quote. You’ll have the chance to take and submit your own measurements, or we can arrange for professional measurement of your space.
A virtual consultation typically lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours. To prepare, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for taking and submitting measurements and downloading or accessing the video conference platform that will be used at the time of your appointment.
To prepare, please make sure to have your area(s) clean and accessible so we can take accurate measurements. Please also make sure all pets are put away before your sales consultant arrives.

My installation was completed on Monday, July 27. While the installer was courteous and professional, there are two issues that I need Home Depot to address: 1) Two of the installed panels are missing the laminate edge strip and need to be completed. 2) The installer (Dimitry) removed the wire shelving that was in the room without notifying me. When I contacted him afterward, he told me he had thrown it away. Since the installation, I have called Portia Mack at Home Depot every day, but I have been unable to reach her or receive a return call. I would appreciate having someone from Home Depot contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve these issues promptly. I chose Home Depot because I trust your commitment to customer service, and I would like this project to end as the positive experience I know it can be. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
