During a free virtual consultation, a sales consultant from The Home Depot will meet with you remotely via online video conference. They’ll show you product samples, help you envision different options in your home using a 3D digital design tool and give you a quote. You’ll have the chance to take and submit your own measurements, or we can arrange for professional measurement of your space.
A virtual consultation typically lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours. To prepare, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for taking and submitting measurements and downloading or accessing the video conference platform that will be used at the time of your appointment.
To prepare, please make sure to have your area(s) clean and accessible so we can take accurate measurements. Please also make sure all pets are put away before your sales consultant arrives.

I would never have called HD but they did have a store in Atlanta that catered to specialty needs. I am so glad I called as the final product was amazing. So glad I went to 16_ wide for the clothes and adjusted the center rod. It would have looked a lot different with just 14_. My wife loves the change and jokingly said, _I could sleep in here_. Thx again. Mike TBH: Home Depot needs to focus on new communities.

I knew upfront that it could take up to two days to complete. The installer was meticulous and kept me informed on progress the entire time. The finished product exceeded my expectations! I?m already planning my second project with HD now. Keep up the great work and KEEP this particular installer.

Installation was timely, courteous, and thorough. Design was also timely and courteous but less satisfying. We wish the designer had made clearer that the wood was MDF. While economical, it's best for climate-controlled dry spaces and light to moderate loads. I wish I knew how much weight this shelving can sustain and how it might perform over time in our more humid spaces. Additionally, the recommended laundry hamper is less efficient than the rolling laundry hampers we already owned and should have been additional drawers, instead. However, the main reason I can't recommend this service is that our order was missing pieces. Several boards were not provided to the installer. They did their best they could to substitute what was missing, but the final solution is inevitably not as polished as what we ordered. To date, we're still waiting on a missing shelf. How Home Depot procures and delivers its MDF is unreliable.
