• Your choice of door/drawer style, door/drawer hardware, color/finish and organizational accessories, such as shelf dividers and baskets
• A completely customized design built for your space that can be shown in real time using our digital 2D and 3D visualizers
• An on-the-spot quote, including all materials and labor, plus financing options
• A follow-up inspection to ensure accurate measurements and verify project details
• Delivery and installation of your custom storage solution
• removal and haul away of your existing storage solutions system, if applicable, and light wall spackling
• Limited lifetime warranty and 1-year limited labor warranty

During a free in-home consultation, a sales consultant from The Home Depot will come to your home to discuss your project, take professional measurements and give you a quote. They’ll show you product samples and help you envision different options in your home using a 3D digital design tool. An in-home consultation typically lasts about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

To prepare, please make sure to have your area(s) clean and accessible so we can take accurate measurements. Please also make sure all pets are put away before your sales consultant arrives.

During a free virtual consultation, a sales consultant from The Home Depot will meet with you remotely via online video conference. They’ll show you product samples, help you envision different options in your home using a 3D digital design tool and give you a quote. You’ll have the chance to take and submit your own measurements, or we can arrange for professional measurement of your space.

A virtual consultation typically lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours. To prepare, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for taking and submitting measurements and downloading or accessing the video conference platform that will be used at the time of your appointment.

The timeline to install a Custom Murphy Bed by The Home Depot is about 4-6 weeks, from the day of your free virtual or in-home consultation to installation. The installation process itself typically takes 1-3 days following delivery. Please note that every project is different and timing may vary depending on the complexity.

With enough space, we can transform any room in your home with a custom-made Murphy bed.

You'll need a minimum of 47 inches across to accommodate at least a twin-sized custom Murphy bed, and 82 inches of ceiling height for a vertically mounted bed. We will collect precise measurements of your area so that we can design the perfect custom Murphy bed to fit your space and needs.
