The tech was amazing but the company is awful. They quoted $2600 for the job. I called a smaller local hvac company who did the job for $789. I cant believe home depot would work with a company who would screw over customers with abhorrent and ridiculous prices. I will never use home depot again because we thought the diagnosis fee would be rolled into the j9b but when the quote is over 300% of what the job should be then we feel taken advantage of for a quick diagnosis fee when other companies would have done it cheaper. I really feel slighted by the ARS company and home depot

Poor communication from payment to install. Had great difficulty with getting contract copy, and financing link. Tried calling customer service for over an hour and no one had answers. When follow up call came in, customer service was rude claiming it wasn?t a problem on their end.
