Shower stall was done very well and the was done professionally. However, project took longer than expected due to the fact that instead of two installers there was only the one installer who did the work of two. He worked very hard and diligently and got the job done.

Home Depot should not have charged my credit card for the whole project before discussing start date and products. Home Depot should itemize the products and job. Contractor constantly added charges to the job after it started that I thought was included. we had no choice but to agree as we were in mid project.We did not have some things installed that was in the original quote but still got charged and could not take off order. I would never go thru Home Depot again and I would never recommend friends or family to use Home Depot. Terrible service and was over charged for the job, very disappointed how the process unfolded and feel that I was overcharged.
