During your free consultation for a new heating and cooling system, our local, authorized installer will:
- Perform an assessment of your home, your current system and your ductwork
- Review your family’s comfort, energy savings and air quality needs
- Perform a "heat load calculation” to determine the right sized equipment for your home
- Present you with options for your budget and needs
- Explain features such as efficiency, sound, temperature control/wifi, and monthly cost savings
- Provide different financing options
Not comfortable with an in-home consultation? We offer virtual consultations in many areas—just ask your service provider. Once you're ready to move forward after the consultation, we'll schedule your installation for a convenient time.

HVAC Repair

We offer 24/7 emergency HVAC repair service in most locations. When you request a heating or air conditioning services repair appointment online, you'll get a fast response from an approved Home Depot provider so your HVAC is up and running again ASAP.
A $99 diagnostic fee will cover the cost of travel to your home (within 30 miles of a Home Depot store) and diagnose any issues. Any needed repairs will be quoted separately, and no work will be performed without homeowner approval.
We service all brands of central and ductless heating and air conditioning equipment, backed by a 90-day guarantee on labor. Many repairs can be completed within the same appointment. If replacement parts need to be ordered, a follow-up repair visit will be scheduled. If you opt to replace your system rather than repair, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the cost of the new system.

Annual seasonal maintenance of your heating and cooling system is needed in order to ensure safe, efficient performance of your equipment and can often prevent unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs. It can also extend the life of your system by many years, saving thousands in replacement costs. Think of it like an annual doctor check-up to stay healthy.
Maintenance, or tune-up, of your heating or cooling system includes:
- A comprehensive inspection of your system for safety, performance, reliability and efficiency
- Measurement of key components, including temperatures, pressures, voltage, etc. to ensure they are within manufacturer specifications
- Checking airflow, wiring, refrigerant levels, thermostat calibration and overall system performance
If additional work is needed or recommended, we'll let you know after your routine maintenance is complete. No additional work will be performed before your review and approval.
