The whole process was great. We are building a new house which should be done in Feb 2013. And would definitely use Home Depot and try and get the same installers again. I just wish I hadn't waited so long to get these new window treatments. Now that we are going to be selling this house, I won't be able to enjoy them for much longer. Pam and Bob
