I paid almost $4,000.00 ( four thousand ) for replaced 3 windows and a patio door. One window is still water leaking. Called install manager and left a message. Never heard call back. What do I do now ?. Big storm is coming and water leaking my window will crack my wood floor. Who is responsibility for that ?.

The blinds are good quality and I don't have a problem with them. However, the customer service was horrible. They originally told me it would take 2 weeks for the order to come in and then I would get a call to schedule the install. Well, 3 weeks later I didn't hear anything so I called and no answer. I called multiple times and no answer. So I went in to Home Depot and they told me that the weather had delayed the process and that they would be in on Monday (two days from then) and I will get a call to install the blinds. Okay, no problem. But one whole week later I still didn't hear anything so I called AGAIN and luckily got a hold of them. They told me that the weather AGAIN delayed the process but I can just call the blind lady directly-her name is Jaquie. A few days went by and Jaquie finally decides to call. The first thing she says is, "Hi, do you want your blinds installed?" Seriously?!? I've only been waiting for an entire month now with no help on your part!!!! She continued to have a major attitude on the phone the entire time I was trying to work out my calendar with her. The blinds are great but it's not worth the hassle to deal with poor customer service.
