When I booked the appointment, i was set up for between 8-11 and the lady said I was the first one on the techs schedule. Yet on the day of the appointment i called them at around 9:00 AM and the person said he was just leaving Albq. (2 hours away), the tech called when he was on the road and wanted to tell me his ETA (I assume according to Google Maps), which really does not account for traffic, road conditions or construction to the degree of any accuracy. Tech showed up at 12:45 PM a long shot from the assigned time. He finished the 'tune up' adn assessment of my furnace at 2:00 minor suggestions on things to take care of and of course gave me the estimate for repairs. Upsetting to have an appointment and assigned time, but I guess it did not mean much to them. I am a pretty handy person and will handle the repair/fix myself. I realize that this is just a way to get homeowners to purchase the services of the provider, not much of a real tune up (at lest in my case).

Well, first of all, they came out at the right time, as they said they would for the appointment but did not start working on it because they brought the wrong part. So they left and then Gotta call from the manager saying that they took the wrong part to my house. They had the original part still at the warehouse, so they had to have a person.. Bring it out to my house. Had to call the workers and tell them to turn around, go back to Gallup. So they can start working on a job. So all in all, they did a great job. Just a little mixed up at the warehouse. The Workers were very professional. Got the job done, very happy with it.
