Very disappointed
After going to Home Depot regularly for the past 18 years, I for the first time ever wanted to exchange something I had bought earlier in the day. The paint I had bought was dried up (had been frozen they told me), and wouldn’t let me exchange it because it apparently had a different lot number than the other current paint on the shelves. I didn’t care about the money, I cared that they treated me like I was lying to them, and would not let me exchange the paint

Fantastic Associates willing to help
I shopped around for a month for new kitchen appliances and finally found a store with knowlegeable associates! I purchased a GE stove, refrigerator and microwave in black slate and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the customer service!

Ryan was very helpful.
I was wondering if I could have a board cut to size and another employee pointed me to Ryan. He was certified to use the saw and he cut my board to my specs. And he was polite.

Experience at Home Depot Bennington is typically the same every time I go in there. Most of the time there are very few people who are interested in helping. Often staff are standing around talking to one another. On this visit, the cashier Tracy T. Was the best part of my experience. She helped us with our pro extra account and displayed professionalism an excellent customer service.
