The store customers will visit again
I bought six Vigoro 10-inch Window Box Brackets for my garden last week. They worked perfectly on my balcony and they were easy to install. I was looking for these brackets in other stores near my house and it was difficult to find the one that fit my needs. At the Home Depot (in N. Charleston) you can find this product for $9.98, the best price in the market.

Worst Experience Ever
I ordered some tools online and understood that they were specialty items not stocked at the store. When the items arrived, three of the tools (bandsaw, bandsaw table mount and electrical conduit bender) were not in the shipment. However, a very nice Microwave oven, decorative hanging pendant light and under sink instant hot water heater was. Those items were returned to the store unopened, the responsible thing to do by any customer. The store and the distribution system failed at correcting the issues and fulfilling the correct items. This failure has had damaging consequences to my custom, employees and business. The customer was very dissatisfied with my not being able to deliver the job and my employees had to be laid off without pay. This was my last business ever to conduct with The Home Depot.

Great customer service
I needed some thing that was online only, and the young lady Anna, was so nice that she ordered it online for me, since it was not in the store, and I don’t like having to order online. She was so kind and considerate. She never made me feel like a problem. Great employee, makes me want to come back to this Home Depot.

Outstanding manager/support staff at the Home Depot Store #1103
Nancy who is a manager was called up to perform a return for me. My return took quite a long time due to some flowers that I purchased last year which was placed in the perennial isles vice annual isles. Nancy was very professional and handled my return courteously and she displayed the branding of Home Depot’s theme of outstanding customer service. Nancy performs her management duties in a way that brings great credibility to this home improvement store.
Catherine who works up front as a support employee performs her duties in an outstanding manner too.
