Outstanding customer service/care
A month ago, my husband and I were making a large purchase to remodel our bathroom. Initially, we were told to go to the Pro Desk (no one was available at the time) and then were instructed to go to the customer service desk where someone was available. The person at the desk seemed to be inconvenienced by my request to check out and told us to go back to the Pro Desk. Once I went back to the Pro Desk, the cashier Paula, was available. I have never had someone help me as much as she did. We had 3 flat carts and a shopping basket overflowing with items for purchase. She went out of her way to get a Plumbing Associate to help us because an item we wanted that was published on the website was no longer available. While we were trying to figure out a replacement item, she began ringing up our items. Due to the size and price of the purchase, she recommended a PRO account. She got that set up for us as well. After over 2 hours of shopping, it was nice walking out with a good experience. We'll be back to show her pictures we promised to share!

Service way above the norm
They went out of their way to make an online order that was processed when the product was sold out, they gave me choices refund or get ( a better product) to me for the same price. Not only did I receive a refund I also received a better deal. Everyone who works there is nice.

No Cold Shoulder while picking out a Refreigerator
We bought a refrigerator at Home Depot and they were so nice helping us get checked out. Our clerk, Ashley E., was so HELPFUL with all of our questions.

The staff are amazing
Jessica from customer service is my favorite. She makes returns so easy. Steve knows where everything is and is always willing to help! Christa the cashier was friendly and helpful as well! You just can't beat the staff at this home depot, they are amazing!
