Yes, the E Hialeah store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Abysmal, poor customer service

Employees don’t care about customers. I know it’s Miami and I lower my standards when it comes back to customer service but waiting an hour at check out to figure out 2 pieces of wood is by far ridiculous.

Not my department

An associate yelled at me this morning when I asked for help locating a piece of PVC pipe. I am vision impaired, use a walker, and am a senior. The associate would not give me her name so I recorder her and plan on uploading the video later.
