GREAT EXPERIENCE
I purchased item online but was not happy with the product. I called Customer Service and was given accurate return policy and instructions. I returned the product to my #6361 (33615) store. I was absolutely surprised. Amyah was my Customer Service representative. I have NEVER had such a pleasurable return experience. Amyah was attentive, responsive, clear and so cordial in my interaction with her. I give high praise to Amyah and to the store for hiring and training her. GREAT JOB Homedepot.

Cynthia is appliance’s is the best!!
I have been to many Home Depot’s and by far this location has the most helpful and friendly employees. Cynthia in appliances is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made suggestions to make sure that all my questions were answered and I felt comfortable with my purchase. She suggested the added protection plan and store credit card that provided same as cash for 24 months. Way to go Cynthia!!! I’ll go past 3 other locations to deal with Cynthia in the future.

MISSED THE MARK!!!
The link for the survey asked, "Did we nail it?" If the complete question is did we nail it so far off it didn't hit the target, then yes. I placed this roughly $21 order & Upon arrival, I checked-in for the curbside pick-up. After waiting 20 minutes, I checked-in AGAIN, & waited ANOTHER 20 minutes. I finally went into the store to pick-up my order. I complained about the long wait, with a response that it never came in. Then got a call about a credit of $5 which I thought was for the long wait.....nope, it was because I was more than double overcharged AND I did not get the $5 credit either. Talk about missing the mark!!

Good experience!
I visited the Home Depot on a Daturday afternoon. In the main building it was difficult to find a sales rep for assistance. The store was well stocked and neat. The garden department was different. Erin was very helpful and well knowledgeable.

I find more products here than in other stores.
When ever you need any electrical supplies, do not hesitate to come to this particular store. The lady that’s in that department is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
