Customer care is pathetic
I wasted time and fuel to receive wrong ordered parts. The parts I received don’t correspond to website part number resulting in wrong parts delivery and NO attempt made by employee to have the issue fixed so others won’t have to experience what I did.

Friendly staff
We needed supplies to replace a couple of windows, we had to approach staff and ask for help. There was a staff member Raul gathering carts outside and he just came right over and loaded our supplies without us having to ask for help, now that was great service to us.

Tripping hazard on Aisle 22 Bay 13
Went to buy fence post. When I got to the aisle they were at, the aisle was so full of material in the middle that I couldn’t take the cart to where the fence posts were. I had to leave the cart in the main aisle and carry the post to cart. There were no employees around to help. The aisle looked like if that is where they prepared pick up orders maybe, or maybe it was items from a delivery truck that hadn’t been put up yet. Aisle 22 was just a mess. Had to walk around pallets. Tripping hazards everywhere.

Husky Tool Exchange Denied
A Husky Philips screwdriver broke and I came into the store to get it replaced. Because I did not have a receipt and the exact model was discontinued, I was not issued a replacement from the store manager or Husky. Your guarantee is worthless and you should be ashamed of yourself and your return policy.

Excellent Sales Person
Went into store to get a quote for my backyard deck/porch. Krissy was very helpful and worked with me through the whole process. She helped me with finding the best deals and even offered additional advice for my building needs. When anyone asks me where I go for materials I say Home Depot and ask for Krissy, she is simply the best.

Wonderful experience
I was so pleased with our recent trip to this Home Depot. We were approached immediately by staff asking to help and they were very patient with us and took time to help us pick a refrigerator. It was a wonderful experience!
