Can I get Express Delivery?
Express Delivery is a same-day service that delivers job site supplies and products directly from your store to your door. Orders must be placed by 4 p.m. local time to ensure delivery. Eligibility depends on local stock, driver availability, and item size. Set your local store in The Home Depot app or online to check availability. Qualifying items will show an Express Delivery tag in your cart and during checkout (excludes bulk orders, custom mixed paint, and aerosols). Additional delivery charges may apply for Express Delivery orders.
What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?
Be certain your home is set for summertime temps by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If moisture gets inside the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. On your house's exterior, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that could let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.
Do you have specialty moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Do I need a generator?
Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.
Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
