I bought right before Christmas and my shopping went well. but when I got to my cashier it got even better. Nancy was very professional and very friendly. I definitely think she is a great asset there. Nancy you rock!😁👍hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

I came in to ask where can I go if they accidentally charged me twice for an item and the self check clerk “Mariah” just asked what I needed. Then I asked her again and she said “ not here, go to returns” I was schocked of the way she spoke to me.

I've been shopping 4 to 5 times a day and the Customer service is wonderful

So happy with the flooring I picked out. Even though I had to cancel and reorder different flooring the flooring staff made it easy peesy! Thank you Manny and flooring supervisor for your patience and assistance.

Cashier Rosalyn went out of her way to take care of my return. Rosalyn took a markdown because of the rake that was broken was clearances, Rosalyn offered to take a markdown on the new rake because she couldn't return the broken rake because it was clearance. So i was very impressed with the level of her customer service.

He is very accommodating and hardworker and he takes good care of his custoner's needs

If any of you want a great shopping experience, come to the store. You are greeted with friendly smiles, and great customer service. I won’t shop at any other Home Depot.

i had to find tiles and counter covering , no one could help at the other mo val store. this store is friendlier and more helpful.

Bought kitchen in 2019 counters split in 9 months nobody will get back to me at this store but got paid $10,000 for a kitchen worth 2 cents now

I wish I was able to get the name of the lady at customer service who was able to get another employee to assist a disabled veteran in the parking lot. He was unable to walk and get a motorized cart, he requested us to get him assistance. We were happy to see him riding the aisles within minutes of notifying customer service desk. AndLori the cashier was super friendly.

Very frustrating, the employee did not let me scan my own items during self checkout, she scanned my items for me, she ruined my flowers, made the process difficult, made it slower than it needed to be, I was unable to use my gift card, didn’t wish us a great day and overall a terrible experience. Will no longer come to this location

Always can ask for the personnel to help find what you want. They are very good to help the customers.

BEST SALES MAN VERY HELPFULL

Love this store normally, but ran into a manager with a bad attitude today. I bought an item that is sold by the foot. On the receipt it says "MAX REFUND VALUE", but when I tried to return it, the assistant had to get the manager because they stated they don't return custom cut items. I never asked for it to be cut, it was a piece on the shelf, plus my receipt says it was returnable. Even though she gave me a refund, she had a serious attitude the entire time. Then barked at me, "for future reference, we don't return custom cut items." I yelled back "agreed!" but I wanted to say so much more! If it's not returnable, the receipt shouldn't say that it is!!!

I love coming to this location I'm a usual shopper here however I never see enough employees it's takes a while to get help sometimes

Staff and management went over and above to help me resolve a tool warranty issue problem that two other stores were not able to come up with a solution for.

Jarrot was very personable. We went in for a $700 dishwasher and left purchasing a $3000 refrigerator and wanting to visit Guam. Jarrot was easy to talk to and offered his assistance before he was asked. He found the answers to our questions and truly made this a pleasant experience. We didn’t leave feeling the buyers remorse that may be commonly associated with swiping for 4K. Give Jarrot a promotion! His manager and the sales associate were also very helpful and polite.

Great job to Natasha who was very helpful and patient with me today. I came in to buy a dewebber pole. I didn’t know they didn’t do apple pay and had to switch my money from one card to another. She was very patient and kind with me while I did that. Great job to Natasha

I woke up early today and was able to make it to home depot when they opened at 6 AM.. I had to place a special order and found the special order desk was staffed with a friendly, knowledgeable employee. I then went to the paint department and found it was staff as well.. The young lady accepted my request to shake up 5 gallon bucket of paint. She was also friendly. Would recommend this store for all your needs.

I was in the market for a new propane grill. Cindy was helpful in "getting to yes". She called three other stores and was able to locate the item. I had questions about the warranty and she looked it up and explained it all. Having had a recent unpleasant experience at a store closer to my home, I was frustrated and ready to stop shopping at Home Depot. Very glad I met Cindy at the Moreno Valley store. She restored my faith that customer service is a priority at this store.
