Tools, garden, yard sprinklers and other areas of your store, I visit them monthly. Entire staff shows teamwork with all.

The representative in the appliance section was so helpful and friendly. We purchased a refrigerator in record time. We easily found the other items to repair a door that we needed and the gentlemen that helped us check out was so kind, friendly and helpful.

Price on three different shelves all had a price of $158. At the register I was charged $199. And was told the price went up yesterday, but the tags had not been changed.

She makes immediate connections with anyone she comes in contact with. All positive. She’s what that store, if not all of Home Depot needs.

The associates at my time of shopping in paint and self checkout were courteous and helpful!

Finally with my help I ordered what I wanted. It took about 30 minutes to place the order.

FINALLY, I was able to buy some ACTUAL “Premium Cut “ 2X4s that were worthy of the premium stamp. I didn’t hafta spend a half hour digging thru stock only to find NOT premium cut boards, like I did last time. Then, as I was trying to load a plywood sheet on a cart, a younger employee asked whether I needed help. Before I responded, he loaded the sheet then asked if I needed/wanted it cut. That I was absolutely THE BEST thing he could have done. I told him same, and he graciously accepted the compliment. And bade me have a good day. I left the store a happy customer….😉👍✌️

This HD used to be well maintained. I didn’t realize how shabby the store had become. The employees are ok but not knowledgeable about products or general home improvement practices. When the economy is suffering you need all the help you can get choosing the best materials at a reasonable price.

We stopped to get fencing materials. There was no where to park our truck and 14ft trailer. Then we needed help with wood. I jjst needed up dragging a ladder over myself and getting the wood. No one to help us. My daughter wanted to buy a power tool combo. I had to go chase down someone and it took a while. Then she had to wait because there is just not enough people.

dont go, but i guess if you have to, then make sure they give you all the parts. very slow service.

Sent me from one far corner to the other when the product I wanted was almost in the same isle when I asked for help. Totally useless

I am not handy with home repairs at all, but the staff at HD always seems willing to walk me through the numerous questions I have. I appreciate this when making repairs at him myself to save money.

Staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for, super helpful, courteous and kind.

When it rained hard last year in CA, Home Depot had the right stuff to repair the existing roofs ASAP. Customers were very happy with us and Home Depot. Thank you. God Bless You.

I was so pleased as to how their associate assisted us and went through different options with patience. We liked what was presented and her knowledge about them. We did end up buying our appliance. She gave us excellent customer service.

I bought a Rheem 75 gallons water heater and I am happy with my purchased.

I have never had a bad experience at the Home Depot. On this particular day, I visited both the Riverside and Moreno Valley stores in order to purchase supplies, it was raining and one of the clerks assisted me by coming along to my vehicle to load 2 pkgs of 3 cubic ft of garden soil. I am 63 years old and a female, I am pretty tough, but it felt good knowing the clerk offered to assist me with getting this product loaded in my vehicle during the rain.

They don’t validate Credit cards and fraudulent customers are getting away with purchases that they will never have to pay. This is ridiculous and Citi bank Home Depot is no help what so ever

Rhonda the manager is very helpful. She helped me with the issue that right time home service Riverside dropped the ball. Right time home service Riverside employees Oscar told me that technician will go to the store pick up the garbage disposal n will do the installation free of charge. That was not the case. The right time manager Jackie said they can pick up I have to pay $75 n the installation is not free. Rhonda spent 1/2 days on the phone finally resolved bc I was able to provide time n minutes on the phone with Oscar which is on recorded line. I requested for written letter from Jackie she can’t provide. Rhonda went ahead typed up a letter indicating approved by Jackie installation is free of charge.
