What's on sale for Spring Black Friday?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your patio furniture and grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.
What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?
Make certain your home is ready for springtime weather changes by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On your house's exterior, examine roof shingles for damage that could let water seep in. Vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water freezes in the crevices, you might be looking at a problem.
Do you carry moving boxes?
Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Is it good to have a generator at home?
Restore power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Why should I get a doorbell camera?
Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
