Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there an appliance sale for Father's Day?

This June, find Father's Day gifts that fit his interests. Explore the savings at our big Father's Day Sale, and get great deals on everything from patio furniture and tool storage to generators and riding lawn mowers. We've also got up to 40% off Milwaukee tools. These bargains run from June 4th to June 24th, 2026, only, so don't miss them.

What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?

Make certain your home is equipped for summertime temperatures by repairing faulty components of your home. If water gets inside the cracks, you might be dealing with mold. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On your house's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage that may let water leak in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

Do you carry small moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's the project at the June Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Head to the Kids Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on 6/6/2026. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this sweet pint-sized soccer field. Building this tiny soccer game is a great way to hone creativity, listening abilities, and fine motor skills. Team up with your kids to make this quick craft while supplies last. Remember to enjoy the fruits of your labor and leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
