Home Depot turned a potentially frustrating experience to an absolutely enjoyably one….

Generally the aisles are blocked with stuff. Lately there are not any registers with an actual person unless you go to the pro desk.The store is not as neat as a lot of other Home Depot’s.

Steve and Jeanette in the appliance department found me the BEST deal on my new range and dishwasher! Will go out of my way to go back and see THE DREAM TEAM!

Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The title says it all. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they have a great selection.

I am extremely grateful for a man named Ray who took the time to stop and help me plan out my garage project. He was very patient and kind. He gave me wonderful advice and went above and beyond to make sure I was successful with my project.

When you open before 10 a.m., why aren't there appliance salespeople THERE until 10 a.m.? We had to find someone to get someone -- anyone -- to help us. YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE -- YOU ARE RIDICULOUSLY SHORTSTAFFED. Also, the choice of appliances available on display is also pitifully short. We had to look at photos on a computer to pick out a new clothes dryer! You had no electric dryers on the floor! I guess we could have stayed home and shopped for the dryer online. OR gone somewhere else, which we'll be considering for our next appliance purchase. We're short of places to go for appliances, which I guess is to your advantage. Home Depot definitely isn't what it used to be -- when we'd have come in without hesitation. Your corporate management may not care, but they should be ashamed of themselves for the way Home Depot has gone downhill.

So the overall help isn’t great, however, everytime I bring my children here for the craft day, Joe, Judy, and Jill are amazing, phenomenal even!!! I come here for the crafts and end up leaving with $200 worth of stuff every Saturday of the craft workshop. Please never ever stop this experience!!!

The guy at the paint counter mixed me a GL of paint in less then 5 mins. I have never been in and out so quickly..especially if I was having paint mixed.

GREAT Customer service all the way down the line... From storm doors to AC units and everything in between !!! THANK YOU !!!!

One problem..... I visit too often

Stay away the store is cruddy products are junk but at a high price. Not the Home Depot of old. As long as you are looking at buying the same piece of junk several times this is the place for you.

I came in to see prices on an item but after seeing the clearance price I ended up purchasing it b/c Linda (store rep) helped me find it and assisted me through the process. Thank you so much for being you!

I have never been in a Home Depot with so many friendly and helpful employees! it was quite refreshing to see that someone is finally running one of the branches right. I just moved to this area and am so glad to have this store as my local Home Depot Brian Fitgerald, If I could give this man 50 stars for his handling of the site I would but you only allow 5.

Susan in lighting was so nice and so willing to help me get the right bulbs. Asset to the building. So nice to have an employee who genuinely wants to help a customer.

Employees go above and beyond to ensure that customers get what they need or are looking for.

I was given great assistance by Lance in plumbing.. He located a fixture not so ordinary that I couldn't locate. He also made sure the specifications would fit my application. He's a definite asset to Hamilton HD.

Purchased an oven a couple days ago and was helped by Stephen. He was very nice and helped us a lot. He even gave us some water for the wait of the transaction.

2 workers helped me load the tiles on my cart and Julia was very helpful at the register

I want to thank Linda in Customer Service so so much for her time and patience in helping me find and get the christmas tree. I was having a morning, and she really did brighten my mood, and I appreciate it so so much, especially in this crazy Black Friday weekend.

I was over charged for my purchase today and customer service handled this problem

Self checkout is creating more issues; today, we have a problem with prepaid visa gift cards which the scanner could not read. The person who came to assist just said the "cards were no good" and we could not use them. We paid with our ATM card and promptly called the issuer of the gift cards - all 3 cards are valid with absolutely no monies spent from them and well over the total cost of the purchase. How about asking customer service to step in if the clerks are that busy!!!!
