Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Make certain your home is equipped for spring temperature changes by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. On your house's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage that might let water seep in. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter weather. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water freezes in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
