Is there a sale on garage storage?
Get organized this summer and enjoy better productivity. Projects are easier when you can find your tools. The Home Depot Storage Sale runs June 22nd through August 18th, 2026, in-store and online, and you can save on garage cabinets, garage shelving, storage bins, and storage systems by your favorite brands. We've got garage storage deals on everything you'll need for an organized garage or basement.
How can I prepare my home for summer temps?
Be confident your home is set for summertime temperatures by replacing or repairing faulty components of your home. If water gets in the cracks, you might be dealing with damage. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On your house's exterior, examine metal roofs or shingles for rust or damage that could let water come in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent water overflow from going beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?
Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, keep in mind that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
What benefits do doorbell cameras have?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through an adjacent window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
