We had our wash machine dryer combo LG delivered in March to our new house we did not move in until the middle of April and when this first started happening I tried other settings and realized it wasn't changing. Home Depot says it's LG's problem and won't take any responsibility for it. They are selling a bad product and LG knows it's a bad product

I had been looking all over for a bamboo trellis and couldn't find one. Home Depot didn't have any in stock, though they told me they could order one online for me and have it shipped to the store. After checking a couple other places and having no luck, I came back to Home Depot and bought a pack of six 6-ft bamboo stakes instead, and told the cashier (Claire) I decided to make one myself. She said that was really cool and crafty of me, and another associate (I wish I had gotten her name too!!) came over and she complimented me on my baseball cap that I had embroidered, and the 3 of us talked about crafting/embroidering for a minute. As I left, Claire said, "I hope it works out for you making it yourself. You look like the sort of person who can do it." And no lie, I think that is the nicest thing a stranger has ever said to me, and I woke up thinking about it, and it absolutely made my week. :D (Bamboo stakes also worked perfectly; took me like 20 minutes to make it into a trellis)

Great experience, thanks to Bryce who was clocked out for his shift, but stayed and assisted me with purchasing an online product. He then took me to the customer service desk where the very knowledgeable and FRIENDLY Ashtyn, ordered my online products along with adding my in-store items to my order, which allowed me to use my 10% off on all items. Joe, also was helpful, very attentive, and gathered up my 25 sheets of beadboard and took back to the paint department for a paint match. These young people should be commended for their awesome work ethics and friendliness to Home Depot customers!!

Jesse in appliances is the BEST!! He helped us tremendously while picking out appliances for our new build home. I myself was indecisive and he met with us 4 times in store and called a few times to check in on our process! If you need appliances, go see JESSE!! P.S. He needs a raise!!

My husband and I shop in Home Depot’s from coast to coast for our job! The Kirksville Mo. store is by far our favorite! The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked, clean and organized! We usually visit the store every 4-6 weeks as we live 2 hours away in Oskaloosa, Iowa. The only thing that we can see to improve this store is to increase the line of battery powered Ridgid tools. Please tell the employees to keep up the excellent work!! We greatly appreciate all of their hard work!! Thank you Bill and Mary

I own a painting business and buy stuff there multiple times a week. Anytime that I've ever had an issue they've always fixed the problem to satisfaction. Honestly, the manager is one of the main reasons that I shop there so much. He's really nice and always helpful. Definitely will be back, probably tomorrow lol!

Bought a bottle of carpet seam sealer only to find at the jobsite it was hard...

One we get no employee discount. Nothing you will ever say will make it right. Your employee on demand stuff is pitiful excuse for "helping employees" it's a joke live in a small town none of it is if any use to us. 2 our service desk was rude the lady I had spoke with had a terrible attitude and definitely shouldn't be at that desk if she can't do her job positively or correct not only was she rude to me but she was rude to her other employees and she literally didn't help load anything. If that was my first interaction at home depot I'd never walk through those doors again.

We both 15,000 in product and over 60% of it was damaged and no one is making it right This is sad as a general contractor and also our clients choose this place and they were disappointed as well. We can't even tell how horrible this is and how no one has even made it right at all.

I send a lot of my customers straight to the home depot.In kirksville, to work with many different individuals in various departments. They have always received excellent service and suggestions for their home remodeling projects. Cannot say enough about Dwayne.The store manager as well as many others who have helped me through the years. Keep up the good work.!

As someone who suffers from mental illness, the employees here always make me feel welcome and helps me find the solution to my projects. I have been shopping here for years without any problem. Every employee is like family asmuch as I go there. I feel safe and they help me grow as I take on difficult projects by giving me advice or selling me the proper tool.

The associates at the Kirksville Home Depot are always so kind and knowledgeable. And Home Depot continues to provide the most competitive prices on most things I'm looking for. We also like the drive thru lumber department. HD's competitor, next door, requires you to go in, pay for what you need, then get a ticket, to go back out to your vehicle, and then drive to the back to pickup your items. And that is why we go to HD. :)
