When is the Spring Black Friday Sale?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on bath goods and home decor, including bathroom vanities. Update your ceiling fan to match your new decor and keep air moving in your home as temps rise. Proper storage and organization gives you spring cleaning freshness all year. Now is the time to finish DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so shop fast.
How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?
Make certain your home is set for springtime temperature changes by replacing or repairing faulty components of your home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture gets in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. On the outside of your home, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that could let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
Do you carry large moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, keep in mind that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
