What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?
Make certain your home is ready for wild temperature swings by replacing or repairing faulty components of your hardscaping. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water seep in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter storms. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture freezes inside the crevices, you might be in for a headache.
Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.
Do I need a generator?
Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.
Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
