Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Spring Deals running in 2026?

Another big spring sale is here, so get ready to save. Whether you're upgrading your home with new appliances or just doing spring cleaning and repairs with the latest tools, we've got what you're looking for. Be sure to check out our mulch, outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden bargains, too. Get great Spring Deals from April 23rd through May 10th and enjoy your new products all year long.

What's on sale for Memorial Day?

Get ready to save money when you shop The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale. We've got the major items you want to save on: outdoor power equipment, appliances, grills, patio furniture, and more. Some categories have select items up to 40%, while others offer up to 20% off. It's easy to shop for bargains that run from May 14th to May 27th with our mobile app or in person at your local store.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Make certain your home is ready for spring temperature shifts by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping. If moisture gets in the crevices, you could be dealing with mold. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On your house's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that may let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's the project for the free Kids Workshop?

Team up with your kids to make this quick craft while supplies last. The best part is playing the game, so leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
