After being “blown off” (as usual) in that store, an employee named, Michael, rang up my purchases. He was friendly, kind and helpful—actually thanking me for coming in!!! I told him that no one in that store has ever been nice—if all employees in the Aberdeen location were as gracious as Michael, shopping in your store would be at the top of my list!

Brian was very helpful and very informative and nice about helping even though it was fifteen minutes to closing. He went out of his way to provide service to us and that is much appreciated.

Knowledgeable & friendly staff, parts usually in stock and they price match. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

As we entered Frank immediately walked up and helped us with all our bathroom accessories, including toilets. He then explained flooring to us and directed us to Bridget for a stove, who made it painless and fabulous. The SKU's for towel bars Merry helped us order. At check out Tony was friendly and informative and Frank came to check on us and loaded our toilets. In the past 3 years our experience in Aberdeen has been poor, with no help. Staff would ignore, walk away and not answer our Excuse me, Can you Help? These 4 people gave us hope we would not have to go to Tumwater. More cross training is important like Frank offered us today.

I just had new floors installed with Home Depot. I am so very happy with the results. I am really surprised how accurate the see it in your room pic on the app is! I had 2 bedrooms, hall and living/dining room done. Two guys did it all in one day. And they had to deal with a 100+yr old house with some uneven areas.

They have everything you'd need and most of all kind and helpful employees, Joe helped me so much in the wood department I'd really recommend this home Depot for your projects

Some boards I bought were mislabeled and the result was a $60 overcharge! I am not amused! I find it difficult to reconcile my receipt with my purchases when standing in line holding up other people. I will take the time from now on to check every single item and verify the price and description of each;no matter how many others are in line. Like I said, my own fault for not checking the receipt very carefully.

My husband and I selected a Christmas tree that was not in stock. Dena was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to order and put the tree on will call for us.

I use this store for the many projects involved in home improvement and maintenance.

I purchased some items awhile ago and just discovered that I would not be able to complete the project they were intended for. So, I gathered up the items and order data and took them in to the store to return them. It had been awhile since my purchase, and the employees did not have many choices to complete the transaction. One of them went to the phone and called for the manager, Dena, who was swift at assessing and completing an odd transaction. They all were pleasant and efficient. I appreciate the help I received and the employees staying positive.

There is never anyone around when you need help. When you purchase an item and it is faulty, they do not replace that item (it leaked!!!). I purchased a water heater that had a model number on the box and unit for a lesser quality item. Home Depot would not honor that unit! They could not discount that item to the price I paid for, and I bought it in good faith not knowing it was marked wrong! Not my fault, they did not have that unit, would not make sure that they would get it to me and I had to pay the difference and drive 45 miles away, one way, to pick up another one plus pay $200 more for a water heater I bought in good faith at this store!!! Horrendous Customer Service, actually that was no customer service. Well, wait, Frank was awesome, the rest were not!!

Recently, late in the evening, I discovered that my house was burglarized and I urgently needed to resecure my damaged garage door. I arrived at Aberdeen Home Depot at 9PM just as they were closing and locking the doors. I explained my situation and they kindly let me in. The Home Depot team happily helped me to quickly find the specific screws I needed to prevent further theft that night. You nailed it Aberdeen Home Depot (actually you helped me to screw it in this case). Thank you for your outstanding customer service that went above and beyond.

Went for 1 inch PVC, none on the shelf although the web page stated that 360 were available. The first employee went to look for them and never returned. The second employee said that they were out back and customers were not allowed there. It was too far to walk around the building to get any, and the second employee went on lunch break. After driving from Ocean shores to purchase an item that had a quantity of 360 then returning empty handed, this was not a pleasant experience.

Always have what I want with great service.

Lizz A was very helpful. She was the first person to ask if I needed help after being in the store for 20 minutes. She made sure to answer all my questions. She has a lot of knowledge about indoor plants. She was very friendly and was very patience. I’m very thankful for her help.

We love going into the Aberdeen location their customer service is also so great

I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot from Michigan. I have an Apartment house in Aberdeen and a tenant that had one go bad. Home Depot went out of the way to fix me up with what I needed and I'm thankful to them for that, I was even able to have my managers pick it up for me. Thankyou. :)

I just bought a house in Gray's Harbor and I am happy that this Home Depot is close by. I've been in four times in the past week since we've moved in and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Someone should dust items off before they are displayed to the customers. Everything else was great. I should state here, we have never gone in to this particular Homedepot and seen it so unclear in all the years it has been on the Harbor. We’ve been here before it was built, so we know. We shop here a lot.

The people contracted out to Home Depot were not friendly and Extremely difficult to communicate with. Could not understand clear english.

My mom and I were picking up a few boxes for moving, when we saw an inflatable Eeyore on display in the holiday section. We couldn't find any on the shelves, and when we brought this up to the cashier she called an associate to check their stock. The Associate, Jackie, was very helpful, she confirmed the last one was the display, then she got the approval of her manager to sell us the display. She the grabbed a ladder and got Eeyore down from the display. I was so excited to bring this home to my dad, who didn't have a holiday Eeyore yet. My dad loved the Eeyore.

Website said over 60 in stock at store today, and after driving 30 miles to store, found only 2 in stock. Had two different floor clerks check for stock, and both said this happens all the time.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher with the expert assistance of Janie Dowd. It was an overall positive experience. Thanks Janie!

This store was good store until about a year ago and it has gone down hill. All the good employees have left, the store looks trashed, can not find help and when you do they do not want to give help.

No military discount on building supplies. Very disappointed. Out of $624. building supplies got $1.45 discount on a pack a light bulbs.
